   I had a poor experience. The host staff lacked knowledge regarding the protocol of guest reservation and seating accommodations. The resturant failed to take accountability for the issues. My recent experience is vastly different from my prior visits to this restaurant. Very disappointed.

   We had a wonderful experience for my friend's birthday. There were 6 us for dinner on a Friday night. There was a mix up with our reservation and our table was not ready but Pressley did everything in her power to make everything smooth and wonderful. She gave us a table outside while we waited and gave us champagne. When our table was ready she gave us a choice of seating in the back or the front. The front was very loud with live music so we opted for the back table. Pressley continued to show us her appreciation by showering us with gifts for the table. We got appetizers for sharing and we all ordered our entrees. 3 of the girls ordered the halibut which was delicious and the other 3 of us ordered the tomahawk ribeye. Everything was delicious!!! The tomahawk at $200 was really pricey though in my opinion and definitely wasn't big enough to satisfy 3 girls appetites. Good thing Pressley sent us those appetizers. The dessert was amazing too! All in all a very wonderful fun evening. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Pressley was to us through the night. She really understands the hospitality business and has a very bright future in this industry. Many many thanks.

   My bestfriend and I were grabbing brunch for our Friendship anniversary and truly wish we would’ve chosen somewhere else to go. Service was slow and food service was even slower. There was little communication from our server about food wait times which were extreme. It took 45 minutes for the serving of french toast to come out and an hour and a half after ordering for the actual meal. We placed our order for all the food at once and were astonished at how long it took to receive anything. We would have been more understanding of above average ticket times however our server almost seemed to be avoiding us rather than filling us in on the current situation. We ended up having to take our entrees togo because of the wait. With both myself & my bestfriend in the service industry for many many years we found the service and food far below our expectations of how beautiful the restaurant is.

   The food here was amazing 10/10 no complaints there. However, the service wasn’t the best and I was expecting more. I made reservations for a party of 6 for my birthday at 8:45 on a Saturday. We checked in on time and had to wait 30 minutes to be taken to our table which was downstairs (kinda felt like they just put us off in a corner to a table that was made available last minute). Our waiter didn’t seem to be in the best mood either but we did try make the best of it.

   Amazing place. Excellent food. Great service. Super cool atmosphere! They even validate 2 hrs of parking in the nearby garage under Trader Joe’s! Highly recommend!

    7:45 reservation - seated at 8:00. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco that took almost 20 minutes to arrive. Then we ordered dinner - that didn’t arrive until 10:00!! The “reason” - kitchen was backed up. Except that the table next to us who arrived after we did, ate paid before we got our food. And to top it off both our meals were barely warm and by that time we didn’t even want to eat. The side of carrots was also cold - only the potatoes arrived hot. I expected A LOT more from a restaurant with a 4.8 star rating. They comped the sides but honestly all we wanted was good food, served hot, and not 2 hrs. after we ordered.
