Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

It’s a good place and lovely inside. Great service for sure. And the food is amazing! Love the wood fired flavors! However, to be honest, it’s really overpriced. For example we got two scallops for $36! We split three dishes (one app, scallops, and potatoes)and had two drinks each and our bill was $185. So, as a gal who frequently eats out I would say you get just as nice of a meal or better for less at tons of fabulous restaurants around town.

We had an amazing meal and service at Ember on Sunday night. I was celebrating my birthday. The servers and host staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The food was excellent and great ambiance. Highly recommend.

Great food with unique flavors. The wait staff was very friendly but our order got mixed up a couple times and having multiple servers made for a disconnected experience

VERY difficult to find this restaurant, no signage. When we finally arrived to the host stand, 5 minutes late because we were walking around for about 40 minutes looking for this place, the host gave our table away! Even though we called 15 minutes before our reservation time for directions. We had to sit downstairs in a noisy bar area. There were also two other couples that were also lost. 100% will not return to Ember.

From the welcome shot to dessert, the experience was delightful. Our favorites were the hamachi(which was a waitress recommended special), the josper roasted carrots and maiz y chocolate. The entrees were delicious, as well.

The service was awful. And the food was not as fresh as other times. But the worst was that They tried to sit us in a basement when they had better spaces in the main floor to sit us. I mentioned that I really felt claustrophobic in the basement area and they say that when people make a reservation they randomly assign the tables and is not ever up to the client to decide the table, and they will locate us wherever they want; and if we decide not to take the basement table we had the option for outside at 105 degrees or we would have to wait an hour. My logic was why they could not just sit other people that had later reservation than us in the basement and us that were already there get a table in the main floor? Were many nice tables open to sit people, but they were just tried to get us in the worst spots. They sit us next to the door to the outside and was hot and noisy … the water, drinks and food took forever to be ready and the quality was not as good… very laud place to have a nice dinner to talk … I don’t think I will go again
