The restaurant hostess did not want to honor our reservation because I made it with Open Table. She said they had no record of it and that they do not use Open Table anymore. She was not pleasant about it, but finally agreed to seat us anyway. By the way, it was a Sunday evening and they were not busy. Our waiter Simon was good and the food was good. Just hard to overcome such a rude greeting.

I have eaten and Vic and Anthony's in the Golden Nugget 10 times it was always great, I thought we should try Ember, big mistake. Oysters and Asparagus were excellent and so were the drinks. But, the steak ($60) was terrible and I still wonder why they would even serve it as they did. We ordered it medium and it came out as tough as a shoe. My wife said we should not say anything so we didn't. But, I was not happy at all.

It was my fiancée’s birthday and she didn’t know that I invited our daughter and her parents as a surprise. Simon made sure that it was a total surprise for her and gave us excellent attention! Thank you Simon!!

One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food was perfect. The atmosphere was upscale, but relaxed. Our server (Travis) was, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in the area. I’m looking forward to returning.

My wife and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary at embers and we’re very happy with our experience. Will definitely go there again!
