   amazing ambiance. the customer service was outstanding. the cocktails are awesome. I enjoyed a great dinner. they also have a rooftop after you finish eating that has a live band.

   Booked Ember for my wife's birthday. We were a table of 10. The restaurant set us up at a nice round table to facilitate conversation and we were seated promptly and cordially even though there were a few stragglers in the group who arrived late. Our server (Ms Magoon) was fantastic. She had a great deal of experience handling large (distracted) parties and had water poured before everyone decided where they were sitting. She was patient and took the time to answer any and all questions (even about which beer was lighter!). One of the quests brought a bouquet of flowers which our server immediately noticed and came out with a container to hold them on the table. She cleverly coaxed the distracted group into looking at the menu by offering help to each person. All the appetizers (shrimp cocktail, squash blossoms, meatballs, buratta with pancetta) came out quickly and were delicious (and devoured). One of the group was vegan and she was very accommodating, pointing out his options (he got a side order of asparagus as his appetizer). All the entrees came out quickly and were 100% correct. The group was fairly evenly split between the salmon, the halibut, and the branzino. (The vegan got a very nice kale salad). For dessert, I had pre-ordered the strawberry shortcake baked Alaska, and the pineapple mango with the mango ice cream. The baked Alaska can out with a lit sparkler and the pineapple had a single candle for the birthday girl. After the sparkle went out, the baked Alaska was flambeed for an added touch. For the vegan they had vegan chocolate ice cream (which was delicious and indistinguishable from dairy ice cream. I had the espresso martini (fantastic) as a cap off to the meal. The bill was split correctly (it was somewhat complex as I picked up all of the apps and two other people in the party and was quite reasonable considering all of the alcohol and apps. Note that parking in the area is difficult, but they offer valet for $25.

   I found the brunch to be overpriced for what was included . The reviews that were left about this place is true. I would return for dinner or perhaps a day where you can just order off the menu but $170 + tax plus another $40 for bottomless and then adding a 20% service grat ended up being $266 for two people and every was just meh not great or exceptional. Ambience was nice.

   The hostess sat us and took away all the glasses and cutlery only for it to be brought right back out by someone which was mildly weird. We ordered cocktails and an appetizer and the food made it out to the table before our drinks did even though it wasn't that busy. The NY Strip was your typical NY Strip that you could grill in the backyard with Montreal Steak Seasoning with the price of $75 plus to pay for sides, it's not really worth it. The waitress also said they were limited on steaks available for the evening. Ember is a steakhouse and it's a Saturday night... For how much it cost and the spotty good service with decent food, it's not a place I'd likely go back to.

    Very noisy although not crowded. Seated next to open party room. Veal overpriced, pedestrian and alacarte although portion giant. ( prefer some side dishes to enormous portion)

    Quite simply, the service was awful. Multiple tables around us were served their main dish before we even got our appetizer and we were seated before them The food was mediocre and lukewarm. Needless to say, this was an awful dining experience!

    Really liked the changes that they made to the menu. It was nice to see some new offerings. Everything we ordered was excellent. I appreciated that they took food, allergies seriously. The manager approached our table and confirmed exactly what the allergies were to ensure that what we were served was safe. Our waitress was not as available as we would have liked, but luckily, we had a few drinks at the rooftop before heading to dinner. All in all a good experience, and we will be back again!

    Our steaks were excellent, only wish there had been a little more sauce provided. The endive salad had a rather odd taste. Service was very good. Restaurant is also very attractive, but the wipes should be in stored in a drawer or basket as they kind of broke up the flowers and glassware, etc aesthetic.     Easter brunch, food was cold and old at the buffet. Good under the table and table dirty when we were seated. Had to continually ask for water/ coffee and mimosas. No forks at dessert table and when I asked the server acted like I was a pain. Our server tried hard but I think there wasn’t enough serving staff. We had to request plates be taken off of table. At a buffet servers only need to make sure guests have drinks and cleared plates.

    the restaurant is lovely and the service is good. We ate here last year and the food then was much better than now. Although the pricing is high, y that is to be expected in a hotel of the caliber. The quality of the food does not merit this pricing. Particularly poor was the salmon.

    Alert parking was costly. The hotel was busy but the ember grille did not feel over crowded. The rib eye steak was outrageous but we waited a long time for our drinks. They came after our appetizer s were served.. the main course was excellent . The rib eye was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The only negative was the service. WE did not feel he was attentive e had to ask for his attention on many occasions. He was serving a large group at a nearby table and was very invested on their wants and needs. On the whole it was a good dining experience. I will give the service another try. But for the price I expect top notch service as well as good food.

    Hamburger was really awful, apparently. That was from a hamburger lover. Other food was just OK. Certainly not outstanding. Beautiful decor and excellent waiter but the food quality needs attention to draw return customers

    This was a return visit and once again the food and cocktails were very good. Unfortunately, the service was less than stellar. despite an early reservation, they were out of one of a featured appetizer and our server seemed unable to communicate. The entrees arrived and the servers had no idea where to place the places. Further and maybe more discouraging from a management l perspective, the server seemed to lose track of our table even though we were six people drinking wine and cocktails. Hopefully, this was just an off night. We like this restaurant but expect service commensurate with the pricing

We saw the open kitchen was in chaos !!We were 8 people celebrating my husbands birthday, it took over an hour to get our food, the tomahawk steak was tough my husband spit out most of it out !
