This place is amazing! Highly recommend to everyone. We loved his place so much we went back the next day and two weekends after brought our friends and they loved it too!
The food and service was very good. The ambiance was also very good
Very good food. Each entree was unique, but tasted good.
My favorite restaurant in Breck waiters are knowledgeable excellent food and excellent service what else is there
Excellent dining experience. The food and drinks were incredible. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly bartender. Perfect night out!
Delicious meal, fabulous craft drinks, fantastic service. The hat trick.
The food was most delicious! The service could have been a bit friendlier on all fronts.
Always amazing. Favorite place in Breckenridge every time!
Amazing dinner! The staff was so friendly and helpful, great food recs. The pheasant samosas were such a fun dish, the waiter described it perfectly as a trip for your palette. We had the lamb and bison shoulder for our mains which were fall off the bone tender. Fun cocktails, interactive staff, and unique flavor profiles. Will be back!
Connor, our server, was knowledgeable about all of the food and drinks on the menu. The food was amazing and pretty well priced. The tables were well spaced and everything was clean. We will be back!
The service was great! The food was good, but I don’t feel you get what you pay for. I’ve never finished a meal at a restaurant and still been hungry. I was still hungry when I finished my meal at Ember. Also, I love a good drink... even a stiff drink from time to time; there mixed drinks tasted like I was drinking vodka straight up. My second attempt at a drink, the blueberry drink, tasted like cough syrup. Didn’t want to bother the waiter to change my drink yet again. Nice ambiance. Wait staff was amazing.
Ian was amazing. Max made sure the entire was was perfect!
We will be back friends!
Food was flavorful and eclectic. Asian fusion. Buy You can’t really share apps since the portions are so small for the price. So going there for happy hour can get costly. You might as well just order your own dinner.
It was an...odd experience. The food is decent but the place is way over-priced and off the wall to justify it. Super pretentious. Try Aurum instead.
This dinner was to celebrate my two daughters birthdays. Although we were early for our reservation, the congenial hostess pleasantly seated us. We were promptly given water. Shortly after, our sever introduced himself and explained a little about the philosophy of the restaurant and the menu. The food was creative and nicely prepared and presented.. the four of enjoyed each of our selections. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience.
Very rude hostess when we arrived
Ember is on my top 5 of most flavorful and best meals I’ve ever had!
Wow. This was a great find during our visit to Breckenridge. We started with a jalapeño infused vodka drink and a Eagle Rare Manhattan. Both were executed fantastically. Other high notes included the pork belly appetizer, the wagyu strip, and the buffalo tenderloin. All were cooked perfectly and tasted very different from each other.
Had not been to Ember in awhile and it was as good as I could remember. The food was creative and delicious. We will definitely be going back soon.
Interesting tastes creatively presented. Portions are small but delicious and different with every bite. Our seat on the patio was perfect and our server was outstanding. We will definitely be back!
Overall a nice dinner. We didn’t love what we ordered and the menu definitely has some adventurous combinations but we had good service and enjoyed our evening. The pork belly was just ok, strange pairings that didn’t work for our pallets. The piquillo relleno was unique and had a lot going on but tasted good. Scallops were cooked perfectly and were our favorite dish. Wagu beef was fine, but nothing special. Ice cream was good but once again the combinations were a little wild for our taste.
Food was absolutely amazing! Service was great too!
We wanted to have a nice dinner for our last night of our honeymoon, and Ember was perfect! We were seated in a quiet, secluded area, and our server was incredibly knowledgable on everything on the menu. Our water glasses were never empty, and we left very impressed! Thank you!
Amazing! Especially the coconut milk soup & the pork belly. The service was good!
We made last minute reservations for 8 through open table at ember and really enjoyed ourselves. The menu had so many interesting choices with such unique ingredients like Buffalo Shoulder Tenderloin with green chile tater tots, kale, and pineapple salsa and coloradito mole, as well as Wagyu New York Steak with lamb bacon and tomatillo posole, and melon, goat horn pepper, and achiote barbecue sauce. We would definitely return as we had high level of service.
A great meal with excellent service! Very helpful and attentive staff that was willing to answer questions about the menu.
Great food, service and ambiance.
The best lavender ice cream with bacon candy ever!
Lamb is delicious too.
Great place to relax inside or out. Had The bison tenderloin EXCELLENT!! Hubby had lamb osso buco, he loved it!! BUT the Chef's Ice Cream special ~ Was TO DIE FOR!!!!!
This was one of the best meals we have had in a long while! The menu was unique, presentation beautiful, service outstanding. Highly recommend!
Wonderful service and excellent food. The staff were very accommodating when we wanted to move inside since the night was cooler than expected. Inside, they did a wonderful job of distancing tables. We tried two soups and shared an elk main dish that was probably the best I’ve had in a restaurant setting. Too often, elk is “hidden” by strong sauces or accompaniments. In this case, the elk was perfectly cooked and the flavor was outstanding, and for those that like it, there was a mole sauce. Dessert was also great (I had the angel food dish and my husband opted for ice cream). Also, we choose the Michael David Petit Petit wine which was great, a perfect pairing with the elk, and very reasonably priced. All in all, a great dinner!
Restaurant was very noisy and table was crowded next to server station. It’s unfortunate because the food was good. We asked to be moved but there was no other table.
Im not sure how this place has so many good ratings on Google. We were looking to spend some time here and have 3-4 courses and a couple bottles to celebrate an anniversary. We easily were willing to spend hundreds of dollars. But that all changed when we were served our apps: poutine and short rib bao. Both were inedible. The poutine was a disassembled mess with the gravy being unbearably sweet and the potatoes cooked improperly. The short rib was also way too sweet and too much of a mess. We ordered a french 75 which we only finished cause we didn't want to waste any alcohol. Everything was so bad, we got the check after the first two apps. Which by the way took about 20 minutes for our waiter to even notice us waving him down. If you're looking for unique delicious food, I would suggest going to Twist. The food, service, and ambience there is 1000x better than you get at Ember. Points for trying to be creative and upscale but they just couldn't execute
Excellent meal! Unique tastes melded together in a great and tasty way!
Best dinner service, location and the food will blow your mind. Must eat here! We can’t wait to go back.
Chef inspired food. Very good flavor using a range of culinary genius! Along with great food, their cocktails were amazing!
Absolutely fabulous food and experience. The combination of flavors was incredible.
Ember was amazing. Highly recommend.
