Ember was amazing. Highly recommend.
Amazing food, very creative but without being weird
Great place. Perfect for me and my wife. I am sure we will be back next time we are in breckinridge.
Max’s our Waiter
Parker our bartender
And Scott the Chef
The service was outstanding along with the food. Scott’s Attention to detail with flavors/Presentation 👍🏽This is a Hidden jewel, 5 stars.
Took care for our group very well...no complaints!
As usual, our experience at Ember was superb! The service and especially the food is fantastic! We always eat at Ember when we come to Breckenridge.
We were back after eight years to Breckenridge and made sure to visit this place we had loved so much on our last visit. The experience was as wonderful- if not even better. The mix of spices is fantastic. The best mole I have had. And the jalapeño vodka cocktail !! Wow. Creative and fun.
Birthday weekend in Breckenridge, Ember came highly rated by the locals and didn’t disappoint! Fabulous food, beautiful atmosphere!
We had excellent service and delicious food as always.
Everything was excellent, especially the day’s special Panaang Curry Soup! The wine list was very affordable with a good selection of new and old world wines. Service was very attentive. Would definitely go back!
We loved the ambience and the food! The menu was great and food phenomenal!
Definitely an interesting menu and culinary experience. Ember fuses Latin American and Indian/Asian flavors in very unique ways. We started with the bao buns, shrimp salad and pork belly, all of which were excellent appetizers and would order again. For mains, we had the buffalo shoulder tenderloin (good - the tater tots are killer), wagyu NY strip (meat was very good, the posole was a little beyond the eater's taste buds), and fried chicken (salty, but tasty). Dessert was a wonderful vanilla chai ice cream with puff pastry folded in. Was priced appropriately for the experience. This is the place to come when you want something different - it's not typical food you'll have had before. When in that mood we'd return.
Really nice upstairs in their wine room. Wonderful flavors and excellent service
Great! Wonderful, eclectic food, great ambiance, and awesome staff. Thanks!
Safe: Respected Covid19 restrictions
Food favor, portions, and presentation: excellent
Highly recommend if you like fine dining and unbelievable unique tastes!
One of my favorite eclectic restaurants in Breck. They're always designing new dishes based on the freshest available ingredients. Hats off to Chef Scott !!!
Great gluten free food safe for Celiacs and delicious. I particularly liked the Osso Buco.
Enjoyed the ambiance and cleanliness.
Wonderful service and even better food! Very eclectic menu with delightful surprises along the way. Delicious food, drinks, and dessert! A unique culinary experience for any day or a special occasion!
The food and drinks were excellent. We will definitely come back next time we visit breck.
Great experience, as always! Every dish was enjoyed, service was professional and attentive, and the entire evening was perfect.
We enjoyed Ember. Food was service were great. Will be back next time we are in Breckenridge
Outstanding service - Conner
Ember was a great choice this weekend - beautiful garden outside dining, wonderful service and a menu to die for. The martini was actually a FULL martini glass, with blue-cheese stuffed olives-- another reason to go there every time we are in Breckenridge! Thank you Ember!
Great food gourmet but poor ambience
Appreciated the top floor with an open door in our dining room. Very attentive service. The food was very good and the happy hour prices made it a good value.
Dining during a pandemic has been tough, but this place was SO GOOD!!!! Worth getting out! It felt very safe. Not crowded or congested (even inside had proper social distancing) Can’t wait time dine here again!
Parker was terrific and the food was great. Loved that it was slightly off the beaten path (I.e. 1 block) yet very conviennent to our hotel.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal with outstanding service; we'll revisit every time we're in town.
It wasn’t just a meal, it was a food experience! It was some of the best food we’ve ever had. It was far better than the Michelin star dining experience we had a few years ago. We highly recommend Ember!
While staying in Breckenridge for five nights my wife and I ended up having dinner at Ember three times. The food and service are just so wonderful. Twice we had a table outside, once inside due to the weather not cooperating.
We tried several of the appetizers (salad, soup, lobster carbonara). They were all excellent.
As main dishes we had the buffalo shoulder (highly recommended), the lamb osso buco (delicious) and the Wagyu New York (great as well).
We had three different servers. Two were very good, one was acceptable.
As far as the Covid precautions all wait staff followed them (one server had an issue with his face mask not really covering his nose).
Overall we had wonderful dinners and will return next year.
The ambiance in Ember is thematic with the name. The orange on the outside walls plays off the red interior. There was a print on the walk in the main dining room of what looked like a bird skeleton, it actually bothered my wife.
Ian, our waiter was tremendous. He was patient with us, we asked a lot (a lot!) of questions, and he was kind and prompt. He could’ve been a little more attentive, but he was never too far away. Their Covid seating and protocols were perfect, 50% capacity, well spaced and distancing was appropriate.
The wine selection was very good, interesting picks and plenty of good by-the-glass options. I had the chef’s soup of the day. It was squash-based corn soup with rabbit and a blend of Spanish & Asian influences, very tasty. My wife had the beef short ribs from the gf menu. The mix of sweet & spicy curry caramel was challenging to the tastebuds.
Our entrees were the lamb oso bucco & the halibut (from the gf menu). The lamb was cooked perfectly, served with boc choy & kimchi, which I was excited about, but I found the combination of flavors too eccentric. Well executed for sure, with these amazing little rice dumplings playing a crucial role in the dish. The halibut was really flavorful too, again super challenging with a white chocolate, mulberry mole. You can never accuse this chef of being boring or never taking chances. Influences from all parts of the world fused in his wild ride of selections.
You will like Ember if you like surprising flavor combinations. You will not like it if you like the familiarity of traditional dishes. The service from the wait staff & bar was incredible.
Highly recommend the Buffalo Shoulder and the Bao Buns. The soup was also extraordinary. Ian our server, was just fantastic throughout dinner. Overall, one of the best dining experiences in Breck.
Far exceeded expectations. Literally everything surprised and delighted.
After wedding dinner
Truly unique and amazing flavors prepared to perfection!
Eli was a fantastic server that offered great suggestions when deciding what to eat... suggested some great starters, excellent drinks, and a fantastic entre. Definitely on my list when in Breck.
Would give it 6 stars if I could. Great staff and owner. We really enjoyed the food!
Great vacation dinner, would eat there again. Buffalo tenderloin was delicious.
We enjoyed the Happy Hour, two appetizers for one and HH priced cocktails. The martini and old fashioned were well prepared and generous. Appetizers are delicious, nice variety, and truly gourmet. Service was excellent. And in this COVID time, we felt comfortable with precautions for separation. We are always impressed with Ember.
