The flavors were unlike you will find elsewhere in town. The food was delicious though. One of our favorite meals out.
Very good food. It was definitely eclectic and had a twist on your regular cuisine, however, the chef and menu were very straightforward with explaining that in the menu and we were very happy with our dishes. My wife and I got the scallops and it was delicious. We ordered the caprese salad to start, which was a little unusual with the blueberries but still tasty. Our server was very knowledgeable and explained each dish as it was served. Last but not least, it was reasonably priced and a great nice dinner for our trip to Breckenridge.
A trip to Breckenridge would not be complete without a visit to Ember. An energetic, passionate chef who seeks a different perspective on cuisine. Delicious meal, could accommodate parties.
Took my wife in for anniversary dinner. Had reservations and was served some extraordinary appetizers and entrees, followed by home made ice cream. Be aware some of the dishes have a spicy kick. Apps, dinner, bottle of wine and deserts ran $154 with tip.
Would return again for special night out.
This is a very good chef owned restaurant in Breckenridge. They have several small plates that can be shared and a good selection of entrees. Will definitely return on our next trip to Breckenridge.
What a treat! The chef's an artist. Everything was beautifully presented and really tasty. The four of us all had the scallops-- great quality ones with a unique lime sauce on the side and a shrimp/risotto/salsa. We'll be back! (Their bar's really nice too)
Went here to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary - couldn't have made a better choice. Food was incredibly good, nice quiet atmosphere, attentive service. Very enjoyable experience.
It was my wife's B-Day and I couldn't ask for any more. The service was top notch and the food was excellent. Couldn't ask for more! I would highly recommend Ember and will be back.
This is an incredible restaurant! Our server (Maggie, I think?) was wonderful and accommodating (we wanted to sit outside but a hail storm kicked up and she quickly moved us inside), and she knew the menu very well. The food is creative and such a very nice change of pace for those of us who are gluten free. After our meal I went to the bar to shop for an after dinner drink and the bartender REALLY knows his spirits - I was very impressed (Parker, I think?). EAT AND DRINK HERE
Lovely evening with friends. Thoroughly enjoyed the food - the pork Osso Buco, the quail and the monkfish were all delicious and wonderfully prepared. Smooth bottle of cab. And great service.
Went to ember for a birthday dinner. Food was great and service was excellent. After hearing about the birthday they surprised us with a bowl of their homemade ice cream!
Great food and service, as always. Expect the menu to be a more unique than most places in Breckenridge, but everything is always delicious and the staff knows their stuff.
Connor was a terrific server, and such a nice guy. Food was excellent, and ambiance was perfect!
My wife and I have dined at Ember countless times. Chef Scott Boshaw continues to outdo himself with novel entrees on the seasonally adjusted menu offered by Ember. If you are planning to visit Breckenridge be sure to stop at Ember for a memorable meal. In a small mountain town with an extraordinary number of top level restaurant Ember has distanced itself from the rest. his past weekend we tried two wonderful new creations: the pumpkin and red curry tamale and the buffalo carnitas. Both were terrific. Be sure to visit Ember.
The food was inspired, on- point and amazing- everyone that we interacted with was awesome
The service was exceptional. Our waiter had wonderful recommendations. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were even better! My only recommendation would be for better coffee to accompany our desert. Otherwise, one of the nicest overall dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time.
Great place. Delicious food at a great price! Top notch service. Tip: make a reservation and they will put you upstairs in a more private setting.
Fantastic for family groups, wait staff was perfect, dinner delicious and will return soon!!
It was our son's birthday and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We even had a 3 year old with us who was no problem for the staff. They had hat she could color and wear and we had 3 courses each that were outstanding. 3 cheers for the entire staff who were so wonderful to 3 generations.
Another awesome dinner! We love Ember...wonderful service, unique and tasty menu items and a relaxing atmosphere!
Clever twists on the menu made it an enjoyable experience. The waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. The scallops and the arctic char entrees were delicious! We would definitely return.
We had an absolutely fantastic meal with excellent drink pairings and a beautiful outdoor table. Our server was super helpful and we got to go in the kitchen and meet the chef, Scotty, who was incredibly down to earth and kind. 10/10 would go back and will highly recommend to friends and family.
This is a great and unique restaurant that always an interesting menu that never disappoints. Highly recommend!!!
Best restaurant in CO. Never disappointed.
Menu is always changing
Ember is one of our favorite dining spots in Breckenridge. We have dined with Chef on each of our visits here. Our meal was fabulous, service was perfect which together make for an unforgettable evening! Will return on our next visit.
Food was very good. Atmosphere was very nice and enjoyable as well. Wait staff was very friendly - but really needed a bit more training - was somewhat uninformed on a few items.
The service was phenomenal, the food was even better in the mood was perfect for celebrating our anniversary. This has to be a must stop for anybody passing through town. I loved the mixture of flavors and the unique style of food. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat at.
After the initial confusion by the host we got the requested outdoor table. Service was excellent. Food was wonderful and special as always. The wine we selected was not available, but our server was not aware of it. After we ordered it he came back back to inform us about the unavailability. We picked a different wine. On the check the price for the unavailable wine showed up, but after we asked our server about it he recognized the issue immediately and corrected it. Despite these hick ups we had a great dinner. Our waiter made it easy to forget about the hick ups.
The atmosphere was intimate. The food was creative and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed every course as did the rest of our party (7). Our server was very knowledgable and added to a truly enjoyable evening. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent very personable waiter Connor knowledgeable about menu foods names ingredients and recommendations. Hard workers down to bartender serving dessert and coffee. A+ best meal In Breck this year! Chef creative with dishes.
Loved the creativity of the menu. Each item had perfect contrast in tastes and was delicious. Service was well-timed and friendly.
We sat upstairs on Saturday August 17th, our reservations were for 6;15 and the room had an unpleasant chemical order. Almost a chloride smell.
Delightful little spot. It took longer than normal due to large party upstairs. But if you get there relax and enjoy. At night a friendly fox might stroll by and sit and watch you.
And amazing experience one of the best meals I’ve ever had
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! The food was excellent and presented in a beautiful manner! Also, we loved the decor — definitely would go back!
Awesome restaurant- we will definitely go back!
Terrible food and service. Ribeye steak was all gristle and fat. Server disappeared after taking our order. Had to get our own salt and pepper shakers from another table. Manager very rude when we complained about the steak and sent it back.
My food was phenomenal, lobster enchiladas and wagyu lettuce wraps. My husband’s steak was good, nothing too exciting, but it’s hard to be original with a steak. The servers were attentive and friendly. The vibe of the outdoor seating seemed a bit off, the tables and chairs seemed like they belonged at a beach-side restaurant, but the interior looked very aesthetically pleasing. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an eclectic and delicious dining experience in Breckenridge.
This is a romantic date night spot. It's very dark, but romantic. Portions are not big like many area restaurants but the food is really good and it's something different.
Every course was amazing, creative, and delicious. I wish I could try everything on the menu. Great experience and great value.
