One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Hands down a talented chef, I should’ve asked to meet! The staff were very courteous and professional yet personable and friendly. Our server, Chase, was top notch always keeping the meal flowing and great conversation and recommendations. I couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant to dine at. We will always make a trip back out to Ember when we are in town.

Very rare to find such kind of kitchen in a small town. Very noticeable when chef loves what he do and, what’s important, knows. Quail and scallops was outstanding, as well as dad jokes for/and desert from chef/owner.

This chef is AMAZING. It was such an experience to try all the unique flavor combinations, it was so delicious - and fantastic staff and ambience. Super friendly and fun. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing experience. Our server was fantastic and timed everything perfectly. The food was stellar with beautiful plating. I had the duck, elk and bp squared, and my fiancé had the lamb cheek baos, elk and choco late. All of it was great but our favorites were the duck, elk and choco late. All of the meat was cooked to perfection with unique accoutrements. Drinks were good and the vibe fit perfectly with our romantic date night. 10/10 definitely coming back! Our new favorite place in Breck, and maybe in Colorado overall!

The presentation of the courses was ok. A lot of flavors going on. Disappointed with the desserts. The cherries clearly came out of a jar and the blueberries were in a heavy syrup.

The whole experience was phenomenal, customer service was top notch as well as the quality and showcase of each meal. Definitely will be back when in town again.

We had dinner here for the 1st time this past weekend and everything was amazing! It was our Anniversary and they surprised us with a champagne toast and nice decorated our dessert plates in celebration with us. All of the staff was over the top. We will definitely visit Ember again!
