    Disappointed on Mother’s Day After a Stellar First Visit This was our second visit to Ēma Glenview. Our initial experience was outstanding—delicious food, attentive service, and a warm ambiance. We were eager to return and had high expectations. Unfortunately, our Mother’s Day brunch did not meet them.  While we understand that holidays can be particularly busy, the service we received felt more than just overwhelmed—it bordered on indifferent. Our server passed by our table multiple times without acknowledging us, failing to refill our water or check in with a smile. Interactions felt rushed, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth throughout our meal. When it came time to settle the bill, the receipt was dropped on our table without eye contact, accompanied by a hurried “thank you” and “Happy Mother’s Day.” It felt impersonal and dismissive. It’s disheartening because Ēma has the potential to offer a consistently wonderful dining experience. We hope our experience was an anomaly and that future visits will reflect the excellence we initially encountered.

    This place never disappoints, food and service is outstanding outstanding. Highly recommend the Moroccan onion spread and chicken kafta Kebabs.

    Sarah was our server. She is excellent and so nice. Her teammates were equally as attentive. The Food is always good and we enjoy the ambience with all the green around.

    Food is delicious. I feel like a few more flavor profiles are needed to appeal to larger groups. Biggest complaints from my group was the tiny drink sizes for the $$. The drinks are SO small for the money. Always good service!

    This was my second time at Ema and it was outstanding. The restaurant is gorgeous and exotic. The service is impeccable, and the food this time was absolutely superb. My friend and I shared a spread, followed by a brussels sprouts salad and lastly a salmon kabob that was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Healthy, fresh and creative! Can't wait to return.

    The ambiance is beautiful‼️They recommend sharing 2-3 plates per person we ordered 5 for three people and Im grateful because the prices are ridiculous‼️The hummus and pita was delicious, Brussels sprout salad was raw and bland, mushroom escargot was flavorful but mushrooms should have been cooked more tasted very raw, crispy potatoes were delicious, chicken kebob very dry. Also $23 for a glass of wine….. insane and a lame pour. All in all we had great service but $204.00 without tip is disgusting. I do not need to go back‼️
