    This was my 3rd or 4th visit to the Ema Restaurant. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The waiters and waitresses are knowledgeable and efficient. However, there are not of menu items that interest me. Sadly, last night the Crispy Potatoes were almost inedible. They were coated with way too much batter. Some pieces had no potato at all in them. My skirt steak was way overpriced for the small quantity that I was served. The restaurant seems to be doing very significant business, yet they seem to want to make every dollar possible and continue to ask for a 3 percent surcharge. It’s a beautiful place, near our home, but we won’t be returning there very often in the future.

    THE DECOR IS BEAUTIFUL; SERVICE WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL. FOOD EXCELLENT; NOISE IS VERY LOUD. CANNOT CONVERSE WITH PEOPLE AT TABLE.

    We loved our dinner at Ema! What a beautiful, well run restaurant. The Stracciatella with ripe tomatoes, pesto and torn toasted bread was amazing for starters - we both loved it! The green falafel with beet tzatziki was excellent. And the chicken kefta kabob was tender and delicious. Our server was great as well. Can't wait to go back!

    Loved Ema, the venue is lovely, the staff is very attentive and the food is great……know that it’s a destination for special occasions/splurging as the price point is $$$ but def worth the money.

    Warm reception for our party of 4. The place is beautiful. We ordered a number of hot and cold appetizers to share. Salads were delicious while the roasted potatoes were not good - it was recommended but neither of us found it appetizing or even edible. Th chicken kebab was dry and overly salty. The meat kebab was good. Overall, we liked it but will not be rushing back. Service was excellent.

    We have eaten at Ema and Aba in the city. They were both delicious. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the Ema in Glenview. Once we were inside, you could not tell you were in a building that was in a parking lot in a strip mall. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great. It was buzzing, but not too loud. I will definitely go back!
