   El lugar y la comida estuvo fantástica. El problema es que se vieron desbordados por la cantidad de clientes y el servicio no fue el que esperábamos. Entendemos que en una cena de Fin de Año hay hay que aprovechar para hacer negocio, pero no a costa de la calidad de la atención al cliente. Una pena.

   Over priced, not authentic Spanish food, they are using frozen food, the portions were tiny and the only bottle of rose wine they had they wanted £35 for it which is a rip off. We definitely won’t be going back

   This is an excellent restaurant with outdoor seating if you prefer. Beautiful view of the parliament building, which is just a few steps away. The service was outstanding, the ambience was that of a very nice bistro. I ordered a main dish of three different fish, and it was excellent. The service was good. I informed the restaurant through my booking that my date would be having a birthday that day. They brought a piece of cheesecake with a candle in it to her at the conclusion of our meal. Top-notch!

   I have dined/lunched at Élysée several times before, it’s convenient when we have guests who are visiting the Parliament and until now, I had always been pleased with the food and service. This time, I planned a date night with my husband and was happy to return to Élysée. Upon entering, we were vaguely waved to an empty table, given menus and completely forgotten. The tables next to us were served dishes and waited on. After almost 15 minutes, we tried to make eye contact or get one of the waiters’ attention but with no success. The most infuriating part was seeing the staff socialize at the bar, be on their phone and completely ignore us. We stood up to leave and as we were putting our coats on, the barman approached to welcome us !?! I told him it was too late, that we had been in the restaurant for a while and completely ignored. Unfortunately, Élysée will never get my business again.
