   Having been before and enjoyed the dishes we and my friend and I ordered the same things as before. Mine was as enjoyable hers however was mainly onions. On complaining and much embarrassing discussion with 2 members of staff they refunded her half the amount of her dish as she had ' eaten half of it '. Surely better to refund it or maybe her side dish ?They also refused to give her the Hi Life discount they are signed up for saying it was not available on weekends even though that is not stated on their hi life page. They suggested she take it up with hi life. So disappointed in the way they dealt with our complaint- as this is the measure of good service - that we will not be going there again

   Despite having a confirmation that our table was reserved, the staff weren't expecting us, meaning a 20 minute delay before we got seated. The food was good, but generally the service was slow, given the restaurant wasn't busy.

   The food and drinks were really good and it’s a beautiful restaurant - the only thing that ruined it for us was a useless waiter who didn’t ask if we wanted popadums to start, which every other indian always ask, and in the midst of eating our starter meal, the waiter suddenly comes to the table and places down the main menu (for some reason Eltham Yeti has devided the menu into two; starters and main) so we had to stop eating and choose a main at the spot. Later we ordered some coffee which unfortunately was a bit cold, and that didn’t help the overrall impression. Such a shame - it looked as to be great.

   This is a nicely refurbished restaurant with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent menu that caters for all tastes - unless you have a garlic allergy and like meat! However the staff were able to prepare me a venison dish which was perfectly cooked, tender and with an excellent sauce. My family enjoyed the other dishes, especially the aubergine ones and my Vegan daughter's choices. The portions are quite generous and side dishes can be shared easily by two people, especially if you order several, as we did, It had a very relaxed atmosphere and with non intrusive low background music meant it was easy to talk. With such a vast range of foods we will certainly be back to sample some of the other delights. With a mid to upper price range, £15 -30 per head with drinks it is ideal for an evening out.

   Always a wonderful experience eating in the Yeti. My elderly mother loves the linen tablecloths and serviettes, we both enjoy the food and the waiting staff are always attentive.

    Had wanted to try this local restaurant for some time and so glad we finally did. Exceptional service and delicious food with quality ingredients. Excellent value for money as well. Will definitely be returning.
