   Delicious braised octopus to start, with excellent wine and cocktails. We enjoyed dinners of Halibut and Gnochetti.

   The food is off the charts and for the first time we had the artichoke heart bruschetta and it was to die for! My husband’s daughter’s favorite dish is the lasagna but I have never had it until our guest brought some back to our home so when they left I tried it and no question the best I have ever had!! Very smooth melts in your mouth is the only way I know how to describe it!

   Service was excellent, and the Black Pepper Fettucini was amazing!! However, the $68 Halibut was just OK, and the wine list had the year wrong on the pricey bottle of wine we selected. Our reservation was at 8 pm on a Friday night in early March - and the noise was insanely loud. Eliina offers nothing soft or luxurious to tamper the reverberations off the stone walls. It was obnoxious enough yelling across our table of 6, but I would have just left if I was out for a date night with my sweetie.

   Christina, Glad you enjoyed our service and the pastas. Sorry to hear you didn't like the halibut (its actually $62 not $68), it has been highly popular and we have received excellent reviews on it from many other guests. If you are not happy with any dish, it is always best to let your server know at that time so we can make it right and bring you something you will enjoy. Our wine list has over 2000 options. - vintages change often, especially at that $120 price range. We did make you aware of the different vintage right away to give you the option of selecting another wine. Lastly, we realize it is loud during peak times like Fridays at 6pm in March - we are installing sound paneling this offseason to make the dining experience at ellina more enjoyable .

   Food and service outstanding -probably the best fried calamari we have ever had. Inventive and tasty cocktails. Fun atmosphere!

   We had the 1st seating when the crowd was minimal. Our waiter was gracious and inviting but he got in the weeds as people came in. He was less then attentive and was noticeably absent the rest of the evening

   Wonderful food and service. They were very accommodating of our requests (table relocation, split plates, etc.) and attentive. The food is pricy, though, and it was fairly noisy. It is downstairs in a room with rock walls and the tables are somewhat close together.

   Thanks for the nice review. We do realize it can get loud when it is really busy - We are installing a sound absorption system this offseason!

    Excellent service and food was superb. Our fish dishes were perfectly prepared; presentation was outstanding.
