   Five us met for lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant except for a couple of others so it was very quiet which was good for conversation. Service was excellent with nobody else there. Our group had burgers, a chicken salad and I had the Ella’s flatbread. We all liked the food but my flatbread was not hot. No one else had cold food so mine must have had to sit and wait on the burgers.

   It was not bad. Was in a little room past the bar that has no ambience. The rest of the place outside that room seems pretty cool

   This is the first time that we dined here. We had a reservation and when we arrived we were asked if it was ok to sit at a small bar table between the claw and pull tab machines. We asked for a bigger table. One hostess accommodated while the other one told her she’d have to deal with splitting up 2 tables. Service was quick and efficient except at the end. Our waiter came to our table before we were finished eating and asked if we were ready for the bill. Never offered dessert or stopped by to see if we needed more drinks. On the way out the hostesses were chatting amongst themselves and never said goodbye or thanked us for coming. Food was excellent. Service needs work.

   We had a Great time at Ella’s! We had great service and the food was very good. We went in on a Saturday night with a reservation and had no issues. We will definitely visit again! I was a little skeptical because of previous reviews but we had no problems and had a great time.

   Took us 25 minutes for anyone to even take our drink order & then we had to ask the person clearing tables who our server was. Tried to catch eye of those serving other tables but it seemed like they were purposefully ignoring our party of two. Finally waited on & offered a round of drinks & free dessert. My soup never came & after meal arrived server said they were out of it. Food was overall good. Service terrible. Our first time there & probably won’t be back.

   Our reserved table for four was given away to a party of two so instead of sitting in the restaurant areas they scrambled to seat us in the bar area. The service was slow and the quality of the food and drinks was poor. They were apologetic and they even didn’t charge us for an appetizer that was served with toasted bread that was too hard to actually chew. They could not even get a simple kids hamburger out of the kitchen in a timely manner for my four year old daughter. We had been looking forward to a nice New Year’s Eve dinner and felt it would be nice to have reservations. Unfortunate Open Table’s suggesting for the restaurant lead to an unenjoyable evening that was a waste of our time and money. Would not recommend at all.

   Waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Asked for water 3 different times. We finally went up to the bar for water refills, when we did that, our waitress saw us and immediately came over with a water pitcher saying she was “on her way”. They initially brought the wrong soup out. Food was good, but the service ruined the entire experience

   The prime rib and burger were good and cooked to order. The chicken breast was rubbery and definitely frozen and a weird texture. I only could eat a couple of bites. The asparagus looked anemic and soggy. This dish cost $24. The server was wonderful and great timing.

    We had a reservation, probably not needed but did not know how crowded the restaurant would be on a Saturday night. Front larger area very nice but we were placed at a corner table in another much smaller room looking at an old beer poster. Hardly an appealing view. Next time would “know” where the better tables are etc
