Established in 2016, STATION 16 SEAFOOD RESTAURANT & BAR ORIGINATES FROM...

A fireman who gave up his career to help his girlfriend pursue her dreams of opening a seafood restaurant. Without any experience, these two kept pushing forward with their vision. What began as a dream would now become several establishments serving communities all across Sacramento.

Station 16 is the second franchise under the family serving the Midtown/Downtown Sacramento CA area. Its goal has always been to take care of its guests like family while providing flavorful seafood in a fun environment. Station 16 has been voted “Best Seafood Restaurant” for consecutive years.

The whole family went there to celebrate my birthday, it was an exceptional experience , delicious food and presentation, as well as large portions. One of our favorite place to go.

Enjoyed our dinner on a Monday night as it was happy hours! The starter of mussels and a ceasar salad made up my dinner and the portion size was perfect. My wife had the scallops and while very good, she felt four, not three scallops , should have been the portion size. We’ll be back.

The food is flavorful and well prepared. We had the Chopped Salmon Salad, Blackened Salmon, and Shrimp Scampi. All very good! The staff is kind, welcoming and punctual. The atmosphere was relaxing and intimate. Looking forward to visiting again.

We received the wrong food multiple times and it took 20 more minutes for my father to get his clam chowder soup and to get my salmon burger. The server did not check up on us while we were eating. The garlic bread was extremely burnt, hard, and black, and had no garlic flavor. My husband had to ask for a beer 5 times before they finally brought it to him. The taste of the food was good. The chicken sandwich, lobster roll, and Cajun pasta were all very tasty. Unfortunately, the ahi tuna salad had very low quality fish that was very grainy, hard to chew.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was wonderful—very welcoming and enjoyable! Although there was a bit of a wait for our food, it was absolutely worth it, as everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Overall, a great experience—thank you!

The food was delicious but service was a bit slow. We made reservations and got seated fairly quickly, however, our table was wet and there was a dirty napkin under the table right by our feet. They also ran out of the herb rice for our salmon dish which was my husband went there for. The lava cake was not good but everything else was tasty.

Overall nice... except being placed right outside of the kitchen - lots of foot traffic from staff with food and dirty dishes... noise.

Host team was super accommodating! Called last minute prior to my reservation and they were able to add an extra person for me. It did take a good minute to get us seated, but it was Mother’s Day so I can understand why. Service was also great! She checked up on us frequently and was very attentive. Very communicative with us too, which I appreciated. Food took a little while, but everything was good. Some of the items could’ve been seasoned a little bit better, but they do give you salt and pepper just in case.
