Exceeded all expectations. Food was amazing for it being a Buffett style and allowed me to try things I normally wouldn’t. The price was definitely worth its value for a Mothers Day brunch. The venue was beautiful and not crazy crowded which was perfect. Parking was kind of weird bc you parked on the opposite side of the resort and walked to the venue and it was difficult to find. Other than that, we had a great experience and would book again! P.S. crab claws and the mustard sauce was AMAZING and is a must try!

I’m still dreaming about that Blackened Snapper over Coconut Rice! I’m a Home Chef and pretty darn picky. It’s a rare occasion to find a restaurant that doesn’t overcook broiled fish or make it dry. The Chef at Elements knows what they’re doing, No Doubt!

Atmosphere was pleasant and the staff very polite and courteous. But the menu was very limited and my wife and I had to settle on something rather than actually choose what we wanted for dinner. Breakfast was better but also limited on choices. Next time we go to the Keys we probably will not dine in this restaurant unless we see that the menu has changed.

We were staying on property and wanted an easy meal before we flew it the next day. We had a wonderful meal and dining experience. Ryan, the manager made wonderful cocktails and the snapper special was fantastic, with freshly sautéed veggies and rice.

Our server Alisa was amazing! We ate on the patio it was beautiful and relaxing. The food was amazing! We started with the fried burretta it was delicious. For our entrees we had the hanger steak with the worlds best little potatoes. Finished with a slice of key lime pie. Start to finish it was great! On our list for return restaurants. Thank you!!

The Christmas dinner was flavorful. They offered a set 3 course meal. I couldn't finish it all. I wish the dessert menu offered better options but overall good food each time we ate there.

First of all, the setting was stunning. My partner normally wants to sit inside, but made an exception as it was so lovely. We had just gotten back from a fishing trip and had caught some beautiful yellowtail snapper and blackfin tuna and had some fillets with us. When we asked the manager, Ryan, if the chef would cook it for us, he agreed and made suggestions on how to have it cooked. We got a dozen oysters that came from PEI and were delicious, and then the yellow tail came out lightly grilled and blackened. The tuna came out with risotto, seaweed salad, and some other sides, along with soy sauce. It was delicately seared just enough to warm the fish but still red in the middle and was one of the best pieces of fish I have ever had. I understand that it was very fresh, but I've had chefs ruin perfect cuts of meat and dish. The staff was super friendly and polite, made wonderful suggestions, had excellent wines by the glass, and over all, it was an incredible experience. I cannot recommend Elements enough.

The food at elements was delicious! Kudos to the Chef! He prepared our fish dinners to perfection! We had a Peruvian sea bass and it was fabulous! We are pescatarian and know good fish prep.. and he did an awesome job! Unfortunately the restaurant was empty so it was hard to feel the ambiance. Our server was wonderful! She made our dining experience pleasant.. it’s worth dropping your money there!!

We ate at Elements one night for dinner and several mornings for breakfast. Food was delicious although I would recommend being able to order for breakfast either just one egg and one side for those who don't eat a huge breakfast as well as a make your own omelette. Desiree was our waitress several times and she is was wonderful, pleasant, smiling and our interactions with her were superior. What a gem of an employee you have in her!

It was July relatively low season. Dining room was mostly empty. The food was superb! The service was very friendly and experienced. Because there was only a few other guests, we were able to have great conversations with the staff and meet the Chef who prepared amazing dishes. We were very impressed!

A nice but not memorable experience. The ambiance- well there really isn’t any. Bland but generic indoors and out, no views, seats comfortable but too low for table. Food had numerous good spots ( crudo, key lime custard, shishitos) and and an F for chewy tasteless grouper. When wine ddi’t arrive and they didn’t have it anyway, they did comp one glass of substitute. Service was willing but erratic and unrefined.

This beautiful setting has a poor menu, very little choice and completely overpriced for the food presented. I ordered half a lobster- it was sooo tiny, not anywhere as big as a lobster tail. It was just the plain lobster pushed into a massive bowl of ice. The manager was so embarrassed that he took 20% off the bill. Style over substance, no wonder there were only 2 other customers. Lovely waitress though

Tucked in to a nice beach resort, Elements outdoor dining area was very nice, comfortable furniture and surroundings with sailcloth overhead and tiki torches lit around the edge. The menu is small, but some good options. The shrimp and octopus ceviche was very tasty (though a bit too spicy for us), the black grouper plancha was a bit over cooked but had great flavor as did the tomato and spinach which went with it! The key lime pudding (think crème) was a 6 out of 5, excellent taste (sweet/tart with mint) and creamy decadently smooth!!!

We attended the Easter brunch event at the Islander this year and had a wonderful time. The brunch far exceeded our expectations. Staff was incredible, food was delicious, and the extras were fun. The ambience was set with beautiful decorations and natural back drop. We are locals and cannot wait to go back! It was perfect and memorable.

We stayed at The Islander Resort this past weekend, and ate virtually every meal at Elements, cancelling reservations we had booked elsewhere… The food was amazing, as was the service! It’s beautifully light at night with fire pits and tiki torches all around, just steps from the beach! We will be back!

Beautiful outdoor experience with fabulous service from Alisa, and Brian visiting us. Red Snapper was INCREDIBLE, as well as the Mahi! Sugar cookies are the bomb! Yum!

Very odd service, we were a party of four and served our meal one item at a time with larges gaps of time in between. One drink then 15 min later my husbands drink same with apps and finally meal. Last person was served entree20 minutes after 3rd person was served.
