Fine dining with a relaxed ambiance. Servers always happy and helpful. The key here is the Menu, it is sutil and tasty without using ingredients to make the dishes look upscale but with the downside of overlapping the main dish ingredient. The chef here makes it perfectly savory and delicate. We had the wagyu filet, the miso black cod (what a dish!!! and what a texture when mixed with the rice crust), had the Caesar salad (sutil touch of olive oil fried cappers) and not to forget, the wagyu carpaccio. Dessert good, good short local wine list (good prices as well), good dessert wines. It's worth it to try and even better to become a regular.

Really impressed with my meal at Eldo Chop House. Had a nice date night and it was the perfect environment. Large open bar space in the front looked inviting but our table was in the main dining hall. We started with the grilled octopus and nigiri bites and they were both fantastic. The king salmon was a real treat. We split a wedge salad and it was great. For our entrees we shared the filet mignon and the day boat scallops. I recommend them both. The filet was very traditional with asparagus and mashed potatoes on a fantastic semi glacé. The scallops were a playful dish in an amazing green curry sauce. The chicharrones were a really nice touch. Finished with the butter cake. I’d recommend everything and probably do the exact same order again next time. Great for dates or family dinners.

This was my 4th time dining there. Their problem with wine service still exists and our server was not able to handle uncorking a bottle of wine properly (turning the bottle instead of the cork screw and broke the cork in the bottle!). Their salad and lamb appetizer were outstanding. The real problem was the temperature of the pork chop. It was cooked to death! Me and my company orders the same main and his was an even burnt on one side to the point that he had to cut a lot of pieces that were completely burnt and inedible to the point that the server was under impression that he might want to save the remaining food in the plate! I brought up the overdone temperature to the server and he asked whether I wanted to return the food to the kitchen but I decided not to do so in the benefit of time, but I should have if I new about my company’s dish at the beginning of the main course. My experience with the food was far superior in the previous visits. In general, this is an establishment with a lot of potential and it is for the management to make it or break it.

Food was very good - BUT 2 diners at the table ordered the pork chop and both arrived at the table cold. Eldo did a very good job at making it right removing the chops and making 2 new pork chop plates which were hot. Thank You!

Really like the menu a lot of nice and different choices. Most of our items were good one entree was a miss but probably just a matter of taste. The only big issue was the noise level. For us it was off the charts. The patio is much quieter but weather wise not suitable for us.

The attentive staff and excellent food will make ELDO our special occasion/celebration go-to. From appetizer to desert…perfect: grilled octopus, scallops, filet, ELDO cake. Our waitress and service was excellent…great recommendations and responsive attentive service.
