   This was simply an amazing experience from start to finish. We had recently discovered Eldo having received recommendations from a friend. We did not expect though to dine at this level of exquisiteness in EDH. The restaurant is chic, elegant, and luxurious. Ambiance, especially in the main dining room, is upscale and trendy. Service was prompt and attentive. Cocktails were made speakeasy style with an array of spirits available. The food was exceptional in every way. We indulged in the beet salad, crispy nigiri bites, truffle frites, lamb chops, and black miso cod. Everything was perfectly cooked and plated just right. We took desert- chocolate cake with ganache - home and it was delicious as well. We loved Eldo in every way! This will be our local date night and celebratory staple for years to come.

   Eldo was 5 stars all around, pictures don’t do it justice. Food was so thoughtful from flavor to appearance, our waitress Sabrina was great, the ambience was so cool and fresh for the area. Definitely returning and recommending!

   The service was spot on. The Miso Black Cod may have been the best fish entree that I have ever had.

   Celebrated my birthday at El Dorado Chop House, and it exceeded every expectation. From the warm welcome at the door to the impeccable service throughout our meal, everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. I’ll definitely be back!

   Wait staff very good, very, very noisey , the food for the price just okay. Would I go back, probably not. really looked forward to dining there, but the food was disappointing, sorry.

   We’ve ordered the brioche rolls several times before and including tonight. Each time they are cold on the bottom and middle. Tonight was no different. Tonight my lobster tail was undercooked. Everything was so salty. We were at first almost seated in a terrible two top at the back of the restaurant and right next to another couple. Thankfully I spotted that and redirected us to another table - many were open. The steak was good. Overall another disappointing experience. A manager apologized for the undercooked lobster but besides taking that back and off my check, no further consideration. We’re going to let this place find their way before returning.
