No record of our reservation, sat at bar & ordered drinks and food, 25 minutes later advised our table was ready, no guacamole on taco salad(bartender provided complimentary beer).

Our reservation was not honored. The restaurant host did not even have access to a computer to look for my Open Table reservation. He sat two tables ahead of us, both without reservations. There were no more open tables available. I asked to see the manager, but after waiting for more than 10 minutes we left. Terrible experience.

Really cutting size portions and when ordering appetizers to dinner mistakes were made Also a broken glass with my drink in it. Waited for our server and finally a guy came and asked if we needed anything and we said service would be nice. Quality and quantity have lessened and I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Terrible restaurant. Inattentive and bad service. After a long delay, we were told the pork for the tacos we ordered was no good and they could not serve it. We cancelled the tacos order. Beef used for fajitas was of very poor quality, badly cooked an greasy. No flavor or spice. Rice and beans served cold, waiter brought what he said was a new serving. The presumably new serving was microwaved to the point of totally drying the rice and heating the beans to the point that they burned your mouth. Stale and bad flavored beans. Sauce for chips tasteless, basically an orange tinged watery salsa.The salsa verde we requested, not much better. Chips OK. Place is dirty, noisy and aged. Does not belong in the Glen.

This place had a diverse group of patrons. Families, young people and a surprise party going on yet everyone in the restaurant was treated like family. The service was top notch and the food was awesome. I had the steak and shrimp fajita. The veggies were fresh the steak tender and the shrimp huge. My friend had a combination of steak, enchilada and cucumber salad. She loved every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant.
