    We were told that our open table reservation was a “walk in” and not a “reservation” as it was made same day. Hence, a 45 min wait. This was both the host and the manager, and they blamed Open Table app

    We made reservations for 10am and didn’t get sat till 11. It was Father’s Day weekend and they said “we weren’t expecting it to be this busy”. They saw the reservations booked, so they should have saw how busy it was going to get. We were not the only ones going through this. I just felt they were so unprepared knowing it was Father’s Day weekend.

    Not very clean, but the view of Monterey Bay is AMAZING and the service is outstanding. Food is standard.

    The taco’s we ordered barely had meat in them which seems like a rip off for the price. When seated there was straws right in front of our table on the floor, which only makes you question their cleanliness in the kitchen area. We also orders the fiesta platter and the chicken tenders were cold. Our server didn’t come back for a while after giving us the food, so we just took the chicken tenders to go.

    When we were seated, I thanked our host for the outstanding seat (in front of the window, watching the sea lions cavorting and the gulls flying by), and she said it was because I made reservations, so there's a tip! The food was plentiful and excellent. The chips and salsa were fresh and the fajitas sizzling and tasty! Service was a little slow, but everyone was working very hard and moving very quickly. It was just a busy night! They validate parking, which is super helpful. This was our second visit, and we will be back for sure!

    The food was cold, but waited too long to wait again. I asked a manager for ketchup for my son that never came. He finished his meal without it. I know she wasn’t too busy because she was talking to her friends that were dining in at the table behind us for a long period of time including hugs. I asked her for an adjustment on the bill for some of the issues we had and she said, I’ll tell your server.” Why would you tell someone with less authority? To fix it after the fact? I just wanted a simple discount. On top of that, I write in a zero slashed through for a tip meaning 0. They added a $10 tip later. Weird experience, 3rd time in a row. It was fine in the past years.

    Birra tacos were the worst tacos in my life. They bearly had any meat in it and they didn’t look appetizing at ALL, the customer service takes super long as well and The rice was super salty.
