   The idea of the bar Is cool, however services it’s a totalllllllllllllll failed . Server kept forgetting to bring drinks, appetizers, food, he was and lived in Lala land😖😫, we want it to drink and different drinks and spend more but there was no way , he was never really there and when he was he would forget our items. I was hungry and I did want it to try the meals there but ohhh no I did not dare to order food, for the same reason. My friend’s ceviche never got there the papitas appetizer never arrived. A total failed No interaction prompts !!! There’s no more he said that “prompts are missed placed and management has not bought any “ ……. Pricing it normal in the $20-$30 dollars a drink but with all that poor service it just not worth it!!! I like tipping however this time I really regret pressing that bottom. I did tip I did a donation!! DO NOT GO!!

   Such a cute spot! The ambience was adorable, music vibes were perfect, and the food hit the spot. Drinks were super cute too.

   Great service amazing experience the food was delicious. Drinks were so good. Would recommend this place and would go back.

   We ordered nachos and rolled tacos and we liked them but not for the price. Music was good but unfortunately the fun of the karaoke never happened the waiter that took over in the second shift was nowhere to be found. We had to look for him to order more drinks. He said he would bring us hats and we had to ask him because he never brought them and then he came back with just one. So I wouldn’t go back because the drinks were expensive and there was nothing extraordinary about them but the look 🤷🏻‍♀️.

   Very disappointed that the entire concept of the restaurant is to sing aline songs via microphones and also words on the tv, however those things were not part of the experience. They should not be advertising it as such until they settle things with the city.

   The place was not what I expected. The lyrics of the songs are not being shown on the TVs and they no longer pass around the microphones. If that wasn’t enough..we got overcharged $100 on the credit card. When I signed it showed one price. I was asked if I wanted to receive the receipt via text or email. I pressed text and I received an app with a complete different amount and when I checked my credit card I was over charged exactly $100. I called and spoke to manager Vlademir and he was going to send me via WhatsApp the itemized receipt. As of today I am still waiting and it’s been two weeks.

    We were sent to the top part of the restaurant where there was really nothing going on we were the only ones up there for a while until a family with very young children and a baby was also sat there. The service was slow to say the least. Probably because they kept forgetting about us. The waiter didn’t know anything about the menu didn’t know what the drinks were made of didn’t know what the dessert was made of. Not the best of service this time around.
