   This is my second visit to El Pocho and I am even more impressed with the total dining experience offered at this local hotspot than I was the first time. Every single dish my table of 6 sampled was so delicious, so beautiful, so perfectly proportioned. Our favourite is the fish tacos and the fried chicken…can’t remember their spanish names, and this time I had the ceviche ...OH MAN are those good! And the cocktails…the lychee margarita! One thing my daughter notes is that the music is appropriate to the Mexican food, and not too loud, which is really important for us as we love to visit during dinner. Considering how busy they were on a Wednesday night the service was super fast. The amazing thing that no one talks about is that El Pocha is a 100% Gluten Free restaurant…right down to the bar. My daughter can order absolutely anything here just based on what sounds good, not on what might be safe. It’s all safe! Well done El Pocho.

   Great spot, would recommend dinning later if you prefer to dine without children. Seems to have become a family spot, with noisy children. Food is amazing as is the service.

   Honestly- amazing experience. Great drinks, server killed the recos: tostadas, ceviche, butternuts squash dish, tacos.. so good.

   To be honest I was a little disappointed when we had lunch today. The food was fine but the service was kind of rushed. Our server didn’t seem too happy whenever he served us. I’ve noticed this the last few times we’ve visited and a little sad about that. My partner has celiac disease and this is one of the few restaurants in the city she can eat at. It’s a shame our last few experiences have been like this but it had to be said.

   The food is always exceptional, and the service was great. It’s always packed — but it adds to the vibe! Olivia went out of her way to accommodate us with a service dog in training… Can’t recommend enough…

    Amazing food and drinks! The Drinks were delicious fresh and unique… the food was packed with flavor and high quality ingredients very fresh and delicious. Service was poor our waitress seemed bothered when we asked for water and overwhelmed by the amount of people she was waiting on, definitely put a damper on our experience although the food made up for it!
