Muy descontenta y no lo recomiendo a nadie mi reserva eran 3 tapas experience 24 euros cada una y 3 maridaje 16 euros cada uno. Acabe pagando 174 € reclamando 2 veces. La primera me cobraron 248 la segunda 219 y la tercera los 174 VERGONZOSO, ya no seguí reclamando por hastío

Al entrar no sabíamos a dónde debíamos dirigirnos pues nadie ni nada (un pequeño mostrador ) ayudó. Tuvimos que preguntar a la mujer de seguridad (cuyo cometido no es informar) que amablemente nos señaló la barra de la cafetería para que preguntáramos al camarero. Este pasó dos veces por delante sin mirar y por fin nos atendió. En un hotel de esta categoría no se espera esto. Una lástima pues ya no intentaremos disfrutar de las otras dos estancias que ofrece el hotel.

I was visiting Madrid on my own and picked el Patio as a treat. The team was amazing, attentive and knowledgeable. I choose the hot/cold tapas and they helped me with Spanish wine pairings to create a great evening, thanks very much!!

Very disappointed that we made this journey. This 100% is NOT a Patio! It is NOT a restaurant! This is a hotel lobby where you dine on sofas and eat off of coffee tables. Open Table should be ashamed that mislead their users into thinking that they are going to sit at a restaurant. Quite disturbed and at 10:00pm we got stuck eating at another restaurant in the hotel with Asian food that we did not care to eat.

Vinimos hace menos de un años y la comida fue espectacular al nivel de Dani Garcia & Four Seasons; ésta vez no ha sido así. La comida estaba buena, pero hemos notado una bajada de calidad. Digamos que la comida no hacía justicia ni al precio ni al brand que se intentaba transmitir . No sería una opinión de detractor pero tampoco lo recomendaría .

We were not aware from the reviews or listing that this was not really a restaurant. It’s not a patio either; it’s literally just the lobby of the hotel with a bar and limited tapas menu. Very strange experience unless you are looking for a quiet comfortable bar.

El lobby del hotel es precioso y el servicio correcto y amable. Lo único malo es el Tapas Experience, sinceramente no están ricas (la crema de calabaza esta aguada e insipida) y el precio es muy alto para la calidad de las tapas.

Afternoontea: Canapés con buena presentación pero insípidos Dulces, especialmente “decorativos y navideños”, pegajosos, y con idéntico sabor todos. Nada remarcables Especial mención merece el bizcocho o roscón madrileño: seco de días. El servicio prestado ha sido poco/nada profesional, de hecho, el chico que nos lo ha servido, hizo una apreciación negativa por gravar la breve explicación que nos estaba dando, literalmente “se estresaba” por no haberle avisado con tiempo del vídeo que estaba haciendo… El llamado “Patio” del hotel es el vestíbulo dónde entran y salen continuamente curiosos para hacerse fotos, si bien es cierto que hay cordón que debería impedir el acceso, el personal no prestaba ninguna atención. El precio??? Muy de GH luxury collection, aquí no se equivocan!!!

The food was horrible . The soup was served not hot . The Caesar salad was inconsistent- one had too much sauce , the other none . The other food lacked salt and was bland . You have to improve this .

Pedimos croquetas y muy ricas pero sin embargo la tortilla llegó fría y tampoco nos pareció nada especial. Gracias por pedir opinión.
