Prices for the food is very high and service was not very good. Getting first round of drink to the table shouldn't take 18 mins.

Nice restaurant, great food, good service except for the untrained and "could care less" attitude of the hostesses. I could have gone to many other restaurants for Cinco de Mayo, but I chose Eldorado Cantina in Tivoli Village. I had reservations and asked online for either the bar or patio, but it was pouring rain all day so the patio was not really open; however, the inexperienced and argumentative hostess said if we didn't sit in the cold side patio because that is what I requested, I would not have my reservations and could not eat until 9 pm. I should have left with my guest, but I allowed her to sit us in an off location side restaurant that was boring and cold. We should not be "stuck" with our request or lose our reservation when we want to change our mind due to bad weather conditions, but 20 year old hostesses don't care or understand that common sense. I am very disappointed and it will be a long time before I return to this restaurant-there are too many other good places to go in Las Vegas.

Way to go management. Allowing for Happy Hour drinks at dinner table during Happy Hour! Many patrons stopped coming when you wouldn’t allow that! We will all be coming back. That said food was excellent and delicious as usual and service by Mr Joone was professional and courteous along with a great personality!

I really want to like el dorado. Their menu is great and their commitment to delivering high quality food is unmatched in the valley but today, like many other days, it just fell short. We chose to be seated outside but when they first brought us to our table, they told us there were no umbrellas. To be honest, in vegas, with outdoor dining, the expectation is that there will be at least partial shade. At least three tables were in full sun and we were not prepared. My kids didn’t have sunscreen on and the heat would’ve been too much. Luckily another table was leaving and they were able to accommodate us in a sharper spot. Our server warned us the kitchen was slammed and it would be a while, which was fine. The kids were entertained and we were expecting delays. At the same time, some of the elements of service made no sense. We asked for a French press with three cups, he came with one. It was like pulling teeth two get two more, we never were offered any condiments (sugar, cream) and we asked for a second press that never came. My son’s berry French toast was served on a bed of greens (?!?) and when I got the flight of mimosas, I didn’t expect all three the same flavor to arrive at the same time (they did). Please don’t misunderstand this to mean that our server was rude or impolite; he remembered our complex order for the most part without writing it down and for a party of five, we made it work. It’s just consistently an underwhelming restaurant for the price, and I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m being pushy or demanding to get the bare minimum.

Second time coming here because first was terrible and I wanted to give another try. So many things went wrong and food was not worth the price we paid. Save yourself time/money and go elsewhere. I will never go back!

We have eaten here quite often and usually the food has been great. Last night 3 of the 4 of us were disappointed in our meals. The flavor was lacking in the carne asada burritos—much prefer the chicken. The chicken in the fajitas was tougher than expected. The margaritas were as tasty as usual altho the wait was pretty long for them.
