   This was one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited. The service was terrible, the food was undercooked/cold, and the plates and tables were dirty. Very disappointing experience.

   Ed's came highly reviewed by locals. However, the food and ambiance did not meet expectations. We came to Ed's to celebrate a birthday, but we left feeling like we paid too much for the food and experience we had. 2 people in the party had burgers, which they described as tasty. However, the salad, fries, and shrimp and grits were very bland and I felt like I could have made them at home. Overall, the experience was fair.

   It was our first time dining at Ed's. My husband ordered the porkchop which was excellent. I wasn't that hungry and ordered their ceasar salad with shrimp. That was fair. Not enough dressing and croutons. The waitress was apologetic and even Ed cane out to apologize. There were problems in the kitchen that night. He sent over a chess pie dessert on the house that is his family recipe. That was fantastic! Drinks were good and nice vibe. We'll be back.
