Edera Italian Eatery is focused on serving simple, refined food in a more casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Chef Andrew Simon offers a fresh interpretation, sourcing the highest quality ingredients from Italy to Missouri. The menu features premium Neapolitan pizzas, signature pastas and premium entrees. Edera’s cuisine – featuring sauces, pastas and baked goods made fresh daily in the restaurant – are elevated enough for a special night out, while also being approachable enough for everyday fare. Concepted by the Koplar family in consultation with renowned Chef Mike Randolph, Edera has quickly become a fixture in St. Louis’s iconic Central West End neighborhood.

    I used to love Edera. I've had their pizza's , entrees, etc.These are my criticisms 1- None of their salads are very good or have been very good -they are all really salty-when you have a pizza , it would be nice just to have a simple fresh salad 2-Since I did not like their salads , I used to order some of their vegetable of which they only have two now and neither brussel sprouts or potatoes go with pizza 3- I am Italian and don't like odd things son pizza like potatoes. You used to have a better selection. I loved the kale , sausage one, the mushroom one , as I don' tALWAYS want to order a Marguetita pizza, which in your version is a little sparse on the cheese. Bring back some of the previous ones The current menu seems to be obsessed with provolone -fried provolone, provolone ofnthe pizza's etc.

    If you are looking for a lovely atmosphere for a very good meal, this is the place to be. The outdoor garden seating is peaceful and lovely to enjoy. Our meals were very tasty and reasonable priced. We look forward to our return engagement.

    We enjoyed brunch on Father’s Day and the food was delicious. We sat outside—great hidden patio in the back. Our server, Alex, was very friendly and attentive. He was helpful with menu suggestions too.

    The service is horrible. I don’t know if this woman was on drugs or what but she was not paying attention at all. We gave her $150 in cash and asked her to only charge $90 to my card but then she goes and charges the full Bill to my card and just tries to steal the cash on top of that she was running around, not paying attention at all to our needs and seemed to be on some sort of drugs. They had way too many people on the floor. I didn’t even know who my Server was to begin with the food was extremely mid. I got a steak And to be honest it was disgusting. I asked for medium, not raw and talk about flavorless I would never go here again. I brought my girlfriend and my mother, and it was the worst experience I’ve had in St. Louis thus far this place needs some help for sure.

    Always a wonderful dining experience at Edera! If you like outdoor dining I think it has one of the most beautiful patio areas in St. Louis.

    The patio is a beautiful, relaxing spot for a delicious dinner. Our waiter, JD, was spectacular ! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The arancini appetizer was delicious, as was the halibut. The special amaretto shortbread desert is highly recommended. We will be back.

    My favorite Italian restaurant! Every dish we had was superb. Our server was knowledgeable and gave us the perfect amount of attention. We never felt rushed. The last time I had a meal this great was in Paris. Our experience at Edera was excellent, the delicious meal we had, from appetizers, to main course, to dessert was prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. I can’t wait to go back!

    We had a good dinner. Octopus/scallops was thoroughly enjoyed by my husband. The Caesar salad was delicious but wish it didn’t come at the same time as the dinner. My pasta was good but not great. The problem we had with the evening was the table next to us was very close and very loud. I found myself yelling at my husband fur him to hear me. We should have asked to be moved. Left right after dinner. No interest in staying. Not the restaurant’s fault.
