    I ATTEMPTED TO BRING MY GRANDSONS LAST YEAR FOR FATHER'S DAY. ALONG WITH MY HUSBAND; THEIR GRANDFATHER. The boys were 12 & 14 at the time. IT was AN AWFUL DISAPPOINTMENT to find out they COULDN'T WHERE $400 NIKE SWEATSUITS WITH NIKE SNEAKERS AND OTHERS COME IN WITH WRINKLED BLUE JEANS, SHORTS, PLAY CLOTHES AND TATTERED CLOTHING!!! I DON'T KNOW what the motivation for this dress code, But I could only assume THAT IT IS TO EXCLUDE ATHLETES! MAYBE YOUNG PEOPLE! MAYBE CERTAIN GROUPS. But when I pay $200 for dinner for 2 and possibly $400 or more for a family, I would assume that SHIRT & JACKET, COORDINATING SUITS AND OR PROPER DRESS. Last night was again FATHER'S DAY AND I WAS APPALLED WITH WHAT YOU ACCEPT AS PROPER DRESS!!

    Our experience at Eddie v’s was outstanding. We were celebrating two occasions and they treated us like royalty. We had the best time and the food was incredible. We will be going back there in the future!

    Eddie V’s is one of my favorites! The service is always top notch, and the food is great! I always get a crab cake to start, and for my entrée - you can never go wrong with a bone in ribeye (add extra seasoning and have them slice it - thank me later! Lol)! I also thoroughly enjoy the crab stuff shrimp, lamb chops, and lobster tails! And for dessert, their Bananas Foster’s seals the deal! I love this place!

    My family and I has such a wonderful experience, dining out at the 80s this last time. Our server, John went above and beyond to accommodate the entire family. Chef Nikki and her crew in the kitchen were extremely accommodating to my kids, including offering them an opportunity to tour the kitchen.  As for the food, it is always consistent and of excellent quality.  We have never been disappointed with the food and service here. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    I went to celebrate my anniversary with my wife. It was our first time dining here and everything from the appetizers to the entrees were amazing. We were very impressed with the quality of food. This place is officially my favorite restaurant going forward. Our server Marco was also very attentive to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the menu to help guide us into making informed decisions on our meal which only heightened our experience. We will definitely return in the near future.

    Our experience was positive but our time before was outstanding. We had a good time but it was hard to compare to the service and experience we had the first time we visited.

    Best Metro Detroit restaurant!! Excellent martini, great Burata/beet salad, best crab cake (and my wife is a connoisseur), superb tuna and crab fried rice was fresh and spot on. Very professional and helpful service by Jessica. 🍷
