    1st time @ the restaurant on Father's Day @ 4:30pm. 1st issue...NO PARKING!!! Of course, there were 30 parking spots open for valet, but not everyone likes to park their expensive cars in valet. My husband prefers to park his 2025 Porsche Panamara himself, but we had no option but to valet. I felt sorry for the 1 valet that they had to handle ALL the cars on Father's Day. They should have had at minimum 3 valets. We waited 10 minutes to drop off our car & 20 minutes to pick up our car. RIDICULOUS! 2nd issue...the restaurant was only 3/4 full and although our server, Bryce, was GREAT, he had so many tables that our finished meal dishes sat on our table for 25 minutes before I kindly asked another server if we could get someone to clear our plates. 3rd issue...We are used to Bob's Chop House in Plano, so spending $$$$$ is not a problem if the food is worth it. Eddie V's food was "ok." Definitely not $467+ with tip for 4 people. They didn't even have mint jelly for the lamb chops....ugggg! Filet tasted like a regular filet. Nothing stood out. Lobster mashed potatoes were good. Sriracha brussel sprouts were good. The Ceasar salad had a totally different dressing than a traditional Ceasar. I wish the server would have told us that, up front. The cocktails were good. I had the 24 Karat, but the presentation was more expensive than the drink itself. The margarita was poured table side & the smoked bourbon old fashion arrived in the smoke filled box. OVERALL....We won't be going back to Eddie V's Your $$$$$ would be better spent elsewhere.

    Incredible service, felt very welcome. Menu was impressive but the food wasn't excellent, closer to above average. Truffle macaroni was great, asparagus was bland. 2 different meat orders were ok, wedge salad was pretty bland. We might have just selected poorly.

    Crab meat had a lot of shells in it on the steak Oscar and stuffed shrimp. Otherwise, food was very good and the service was outstanding.

    Our server Pepe was amazing. Food is always good but I asked him about trying a new drink and he suggested the Eddie with love or something like that. It’s clarified bourbon and whoa! So delicious, thank you Pepe!

    Eddies V’s never disappoints. Our server, Ray, made our night so amazing. Very attentive, great suggestions, and let us slow roll the evening. We love having Eddies in Plano. A great dining experience!

    Always a fabulous experience at Eddie V’s! To start the evening, the bartender Royce was incredibly charismatic and served up some of the best 24 Karats I’ve ever had. When we moved to our table for dinner, Cody took over and truly sealed the deal, making it a perfect night. He has a fantastic personality, deep knowledge of the menu, and the patience of a saint (seriously, lol). From start to finish, the service and cuisine were absolutely flawless. Thank you, Eddie V’s Plano!
