Eddie V's has a great vibe, the band that was playing was pleasant and not too loud. The staff was attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in. The manager and our server was very attentive and made our celebration of our anniversary excellent. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and the flavor a notch above. Nicoletta recommended some items that were just excellent, She finished up our dinner with a complementary desert that was equally as good. Every Eddie V's we have attended has been a wonderful experience, However this one as well as the one in Scottsdale rise above the rest.

I eat here frequently and this was the first bad experience. I’ve had there. The maître d’ tried to put us a high top right in front of the band and when we requested another table, they made us wait till 650 to see us on a 630 reservation while there were at least four or five open tables in the room at that time and which never got filled. By the time we left, there were only three tables in the entire bar section they were filled. Then the hostess gave us happy hour menus at 6:50 when the happy hour ends at 6:30 and after we had decided what we were gonna have, she came back and took the menus away, having mistakenly given them to us originally. Regarding the food, the lobster roll was seriously under filled and I happened to get three pieces of the claw cartilage so there were really only two morsels to eat. No chef should’ve let that come out of the kitchen that way. My wife had the full complement of lobster and she kindly shared it with me. We ordered a side of sautéed spinach with no garlic, just plain sautéed, and it came instead with an over abundance of shallots, which we could’ve lived without, but by then were weary from all the trouble we had endured at this point. Our server was great and that kind of took the edge off but the night had already been ruined by the host and his unaccommodating attitude toward us. Bear in mind, we are a frequent diner at this restaurant an open table VIP.

As always Eddie V's' does deliver a lovely dining experience. It is modern, with great vibes. Service is totally attentive with warm smiles and charm.

Natalia our waitress really makes the experience up and over the top. She is personable, observant and very friendly. She is one of the best servers I had over my many years of dining. Each dish is made with care and attention to detail. Try the crab cakes!

The food was fantastic. We ordered the shellfish tower and it was amazing. I have it 4 stars because when we came in the manager and hostess we talking and didn’t look up. We stood there for about a minute or so before they acknowledged us. I wouldn’t expect that at all place like this. Otherwise it was a good place for a nice dinner.
