   We had an excellent dinner. Food was great and we had exceptional service. Our waiter, Jayce , was phenomenal and made our evening. He was very attentive, never rushed us and was very outgoing and friendly

   Always consistently great service and food. The sea bass is delicious and mild cooked to perfection. The filet is tender and cooked perfectly.

   One of our favorite places to eat when in Palm Springs. AJ our server was “perfect”. Staff members were friendly and efficient. Crab cakes are the best in town.

   Only disappoint here is the lack of availability of menu items. the last three times we have been in for dinner, the server had to come back to the table to let us know they are out of what we ordered...Basic items and pretty early in the evening. Disappointing. Service was excellent as always.

   As usual Eddie V’s continues to impress. Our waiter, Moises, was engaging from the moment he took our drink order. He remained attentive all evening. The service, food, pacing was excellent. We started our dining al fresco but the wind picked up and our request to move inside was easily accomplished. We enjoyed flaming desserts, coffee and continued attentive service. Eddie V’s continues to be the place for that special dining experience.

   We had Marco as a server and he was the best! He made my dad’s birthday dinner very special and gave stellar service!! We will be back and requesting Marco every time!

    We always enjoy Eddie V's so we took our family who were visiting from the East Coast for Spring Break. We had our two young grandsons (7 & 8) who were offered the children's menu. Everyone enjoyed their meal which included the shrimp, parmesan sole and a side if the crab fried rice and for dessert the amazing bananas foster butter cake. Our daughter and son-in-law had never had butter cake so it was a soecial treat for them. And the experience was made even better by our server, Eric, who did a great job making everyone comfortable and happy even offering the boys some special cherries for their Shirley Temples and accommodating our every request. For some reason, there seems to be a lot of turnover in staff at Eddie V's. Every time we have a server we really like, he or she is no longer here the next time we visit. Not sure why that is, but hope Eric will be around the next time - he was the best!
