   Love coming to Eddie V’s ! As a reoccurring customer I love to come here with my family or just as a couple. Love it! Great service and kind staff. Food is always good!

   We are loyal Eddie V diners and as usual they did not disappoint! The crab fried rice and lobster tail were excellent!

   Great food , not as WOW as I’ve read but really good . What I find strange is that it’s supposed to be a 5 star restaurant but although people were smartly dressed there’s still no dress code as a lot of guys were wearing shorts and caps ! Also USA restaurants don’t have a knife for butter ?Which brings it down in class compared to Europe. Would visit again.

   We enjoyed the wedge and caesar salads - the dressings were great - we substituted the apple cider vinaigrette for the blue cheese and it was delicious. The scallops were tasty and the filet mignon delicious. The fruit that came with the scallops was tasty, but a bit odd and created a puddle of juice on the plate. The martinis were excellent - nice touch with the service. The food, drinks, service were all great. Unfortunately, we were seated outside (630pm reservation) and the hoard of flies was ridiculous and kinda ruined the atmosphere completely. EVERY table was fighting the flies - that not only flew around, but landed on the food. The flies seemed to be almost gone after sunset, so if you want to eat outside, make your reservation for after sunset. We won't sit outside at Eddie V's again.

   We requested a table near the music. We were seated at a high top table near the front entrance. Regulars occupied other high tops. Booths near the music were from larger groups. Jose, the manager, greeted us and made us feel welcome, checking back with us to make sure all was good. Alejandro, our server, was outstanding, personable, helpful, and attentive, despite a full house on a Friday evening. His suggestions on wine and mains were excellent too. It was a special evening for us, and we appreciated the good food, excellent service, and good jazz.

   This is the best restaurant in the desert, hands-down. The atmosphere, the music, the service, the ambience, and the vibe is exceptional.  we always have a fantastic time when we go there.

   YELLOW TAIL SASHIMI EXQUISITE LOBSTER TACOS "OH MY" FILET COOKED PERFECTLY CRAB FRIED RICE....TAKE ME HOME COUNTRY ROAD CAPPUCCINO SHOULD HAVE HAD 3 OF THESE. BEST PLACE IN TOWN EDDIE V'S NEVER DISSAPOINTS NUMBER 1 SERVICE BY ALYSSA...WHERE DO YOU FIND THESE GREAT PEOPLE??
