   We came for Mothers Day lunch and there was confusion from staff on what menu we could order from and just in general it seemed as though the team was not prepared or knowledgable. Kids were only allowed to order from their special kids brunch menu, not their regular kids menu, but then the team didn’t know about the menu. My one son never got his first course, they forgot the side and I had to ask them if they could get the dessert that came with the kids meal. We asked for bread and were told they only had scones, yet the table next to us had bread. They apologized for not knowing, then it took over 30 min to get bread. My filet was incredibly undercooked and when they took it back they charred the outside while only somewhat improving the internal temperature. At this point my entire family had already eaten so I just ate it as it was. Thankfully my oysters and salad were great so I wasn’t starving. It was not worth the money we paid. It is unfortunate as I love Edie V’s and was excited to go for Mothers Day. Perhaps best to stay away on holidays.

   We went as a family for the Mother’s Day brunch special, and WOW was is awesome!!! My kids cleaned their plates while my wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere, service, wine, and great food!!! Our server was exceptional, and it made for a perfect day. We will be back for sure!!

   Not the excellent Eddie V experience I have enjoyed in the past. T Food was very delayed and average A Salmon overcooked appetizers salad and still another 45 for entrees? After receiving seafood tower that was excellent We were told out of two of our Tuna entrees. Then a 45 minute wait for the overcooked salmon. Really too bad. Waiter tried to keep us informed but deeper issues at this Eddie V Taken to table that was not set for our party but for 2 Requested to go back up to hostess while they set the table we had already waited ten minutes for them to set the table Asked for booth stated it was reserved. Booth sat empty entire time we were there. So a bit tight for the night with 4 around small table for wine and seafood towers! Atlanta a much better overall experience.

   Went there to celebrate by birthday. We had to wait a minute for our server but she was gracious and generous. However, for no reason our server wanted to know if my birthday was the day of dinner or if it was before or after the dinner. When I told her she just walked away. Again, she asked for no reason.

   Ashley made our visit special! Always order the crab fried rice, crab cake,brussel sprouts, and bananas foster butter cake! Amazing food, exemplary service.

   Highly recommend if you are in the Charlotte area. We started off with the crabcake for an appetizer and may have been the best we ever had. My wife got the crab stuffed shrimp and loved them. I got the filet and it was cooked perfectly with a great taste. The sides only enhanced our meal. The service was as good as one would expect at a fine dining establishment. Looking forward to returning to Charlotte and visiting Eddie V’s.

    We had a really nice dinner at Eddie V’s. The staff was very warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The service was attentive without being over the top. The food was excellent—well-prepared, flavorful, and served at just the right pace. You can tell they care about quality. Overall, it was a solid dining experience, and I’d definitely come back.
