I liked everything about this restaurant. The service was exceptional! My only complaint is that the quality of the food doesn’t match the price. The food wasn’t bad, it just doesn’t stand up to some of the other restaurants with similar prices.

Thanksgiving menu served tasted like a step above a turkey tv dinner. The dessert offered in the thanksgiving advertisement was not even offered at the actual restaurant in person. Also the service felt rushed.

First off, my wife and I really like Eddie V. And, this is meant to be constructive criticism, not complaining. There is a consistency issue. They are really hit or miss. On a good night they are fantastic. On a night like this Thanksgiving it was a train wreck. We did not actually get to finish our dinner. We arrived over 2.5 hrs before our show at Belk. Plenty of time for a one course meal, even if it’s a holiday. We told the server about our time limit and were assured there was no problem. Our server was kind but completely overwhelmed with tables. By the time our meal arrived we only had time for a few bites then had to leave to make the show. It was stressful and rushed instead of enjoyable and relaxed. And, we never actually got to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner. The manager and server were very apologetic, which we appreciated. But I’m not sure I’d attempt coming here on a holiday again. Luckily it was just my wife and I. If we had a group or children, going to a show hungry, it would’ve ruined the night. I have had amazing experiences here, so I know this really would only require some minor tweaks to have been avoided. Thanks!

Our Thanksgiving feast was perfect! We love Eddie V’s - it’s a go-to for us. Service was outstanding. Veronica was on top of everything and even though they were busy we did not want for anything. She made great cocktail suggestion for our Mom and convinced me to try the horseradish Parmesan crust on my filet and it was delicious! From drinks through dessert every course was perfect… steaks cooked to perfection and the lobster mash (who knew?!) was divine. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed dining here and food options were delicious. Our server Sydia was knowledgeable and hospitable. The complaint we had was the lighting in the dining room. It was so dark, we had to use the flashlight on my friend's phone to see the menu and at one point, the server pulled out a mini flashlight. That is not ambience, that is annoying.

Eddie V's never disappoints. Exceptional service, outstanding dishes, and cool vibe. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our date night dinner! The sea bass and salmon dishes were divine. Our waiter (Chancelor) was very informative and attentive, making the evening extra special with a complementary desert to celebrate our night out on the town. We'll definitely return and bring friends!

Service was outstanding (Sedia and team). Ambiance was good, we were seated in main dining (not lower level), appeared to be a bit of an overflow area. Wine list is excellent. Dinner entre was sea bass and lobster tacos both were good. Desert was chocolate cake with ice cream, it went nicely with the Stag's Leap Cab we were drinking.

The food was good. Our waitress was ok we had to repeatedly ask for drink refills and she gave in accurate portion size description so we ordered additional sides. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was nice with live music.

Fantastic experience!! Went there for our anniversary and were treated like family. James was out waiter and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the menu and explained everything in detail. This was our first time there and will definitely be back. Do yourselves a favor and get the crab cake!!!!

My friend and I had early dinner after seeing "The Wiz" at the Belk Theater. The restaurant is conveniently close to the theater. I ordered the lamb chops and my friend selected the sole. We shared a crab cake and brussel sprouts, and closed with the bananas foster. Our waiter Michael was very attentive and knowledgeable. Based on his recommendations we ordered something different from what we had planned and were not disappointed. There is good separation between tables, and the live music was enjoyable.

Went for my birthday. App dropped with salads, which should never happen in fine dining. Steak was pushing MW, ordered MR. Server did not check back until my husband was completely finished eating, so I didn't get to have an entree. They offered to remake it or box it up, but who wants to eat with cold sides and eat alone and still pay $70 for the steak. They took it off the bill, but I didn't get a dinner on my birthday night out and skipped dessert to just go home. Very disappointing, expensive evening. Will never go back.

We had dinner before seeing “The Wiz” at Blumenthal. We were promptly seated and server was very pleasant, professional and attentive. Our appetizers were tasty! My request for extra anchovies on my Caesar Salad was cheerfully met. My wife’s lamb chops were delicious (yes, I tasted them!) and my scallops were cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the broccolini, as well. The new manager, Drew, stopped by and we had a great chat…nice guy who knows how to connect with his consumers. All-in-all, definitely give it an A. They could have gotten an A+, but we didn’t have time to get their fabulous Banana Foster Butter Cake! Maybe next time!

James, our server was great who made up for the other restaurant shortcomings. Seating was delayed because of overbooking according to the hostess. Brazino lacked flavor and drinks are expensive. Noise level was high especially when the music performer was singing.
