The overall evening was outstanding. Good food, service and atmosphere. We really enjoyed the evening celebrating our Anniversary. We will be back.

Service, food, and atmosphere are all top notch. Worth every penny.

Overall, we were disappointed with our dining experience. We sat after each course with dirty dishes on our table for quite a while. Also, we had ordered a New York strip and received a fillet instead. I will say that we didn’t realize the difference until we received our check. We thought the meat looked a little strange to be a Strip steak, but thought that was just how this restaurant cut the meat. . All in all, we would give this experience a C- and do not plan on returning

We had, what we believe, the absolute best dining experience. Alicia is amazing and went out of her way to see that everything was taken care of. The food, the service, the experience was above and beyond all expectations. We will definitely be back and will most certainly request Alicia. She's the best!

I have dined at Eddie Merlot many times, and like it overall.
But, this last time the filet had no flavor. Though cooked to perfect temperature, and meat tender, it did not taste like a good steak or a good piece of meat. My husband had same experience

Let me start out by saying the food was amazing but could be better if it was a little warmer.. the service however was terrible. Almost everything we asked for either took FOREVER, or we didn’t receive it at all unless we again had to ask for it . On top of that he would be in the middle of answering a question we asked or waiting for an answer from is on our order and up to three times he just walked away in the midst of conversation... I would definetely return to give merlots a second chance but would not recommend to anyone until I have a better experience.

Our first experience was awesome! We had a great waiter and the food was amazingly delicious! The rum brownie and ice cream was very good. Hit every taste buds! Took wife there for valentines!

It took over an hour and 45min to receive our entrees and the table next to us had arrived 30minutes after us and received their food before ours came to the table. I'm pretty sure they took advantage of my table because we were younger and thought we wouldn't complain. There was also no accommodation for the long wait or apology. Over-priced and overrated.

Had the valentine special bone in filet king crab Del Mar. Was really a great piece of meat and very flavorful. I have been here in the past and the only thing I would not recommend is their Sea Bass.
Oh and make sure to order the truffle tots as an app!

Nice atmosphere, French onion soup was delicious. But Bison Ribeye was average at best. More gristle than meat. Very disappointing for a $60 cut.
