Good but pretty basic food. No unique options or flavor profiles. Just the standard fish and veg, steak and veg, veggie pasta option. Great ambience, great service.
Best meal I’ve had...ever. Thank you Eberly ❤️
The restaurant is gorgeous and I would love to come back to the bar! The service was just okay and the food, while very good, was not overly impressive by comparison. I am a big ambience person so I’ll be back because it is truly a unique space, but the service could use some encouragement. Our waiter was pretty unenthusiastic and took a long time to check on us and bring our final check. For $300 (for 3 of us) I would expect impeccable attention.
Best spot in Austin to celebrate special occasions! Food, ambience, and service are as good as it gets!
The chef did not do a great time this time around. Food wasn’t consistent. The waiter agreed as well but nothing was done as a compensating measure.
Very relaxed experience, not rushed at all. Charcuterie board and bread was fantastic. Caesar salad with scallops and the filet for entrees were both very good. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.
Great place for a nice brunch.
Menu is lacking.
I wanted to have a nice romantic dinner with my husband. Eberly did not disappoint. Food was great, wine list was good and the atmosphere was beautiful. Don't hesitate to go try it. Ask for Dillon. He has incredible food and wine knowledge. And the service was great too.
The food was great. The ambiance was good. The service was horrendous. I wanted to love this place but walked out feeling disappointed.
Some of the best service we have ever had. 10/5 for the staff!
We really enjoyed our experience at Eberly.
Anniversary for my grandparents was incredible. Great ambiance and the food was excellent. Filet and Scallops were a hit! Espresso martini’s after topped off a perfect evening
We went got brunch, perhaps dinner is better? We had a reservation so we were seated right away. Server was friendly and welcoming. The party next to us was comprised of a “foodie influencer” and her fiancé though, and they kind of ruined the ambience. She was constantly moving around, having him take pictures of everything. It was exhausting to listen to, and she bragged to her friend who arrived later about how she was invited to eat there for free in exchange for an IG post.
The food: we went all out and ordered a bit of everything. The portions were good but meh. Honestly I would’ve rather spent my money at Kerbey lane for the same amount of food and better pancakes (my lemon ricotta ones were fine. Burnt, and couldn’t really taste ricotta). Best thing about my meal was the bacon.
Overall, the restaurant is beautiful but the clientele seem obnoxious and the food is underwhelming for the cost. We probably won’t be back 🤷♀️
From food to service along with ambiance, our evening was exquisite.
The food was lacking. It was simplistic and bland. For the price we expected much more. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is nice. We would only go back for drinks.
The place is beautiful. The free valet parking (tips) is very nice. We went on a Saturday at 1:15pm. We sat right behind the host stand and the noise level wasn't awful but it was loud. The bar area looks so nice and if I would ever come back, I'd sit in the bar. The middle section with all windows looked like it was for larger parties.
We had brunch. The mimosas were just okay once we finally got them, nothing special. The service is very slow and our wait staff didn't seem real thrilled to be there. We ordered the quiche, pulled pork hash, blueberry pancakes, fruit. The quiche was mushy and not hot. The greens on the side were just that... some greens with no dressing. The pork dish wasn't hot and was just okay. Thank goodness for the blueberry pancake (served with cold syrup and no butter). And, the fruit bowl was good too. I had to ask for butter for the pancake and geezzz, really, it's not that hard to go get something I should have had if the first place. For almost 70.00 it wasn't worth it. The food was very disappointing. Too bad because Eberly has a gorgeous building and decor.
Ver personable waiter, Dillon.
Good variety on menu in plate size, price and taste.
Perfect for a pre Zach dinner. In at 5:45. Out for a 7:30 show.
This is a very special restaurant. The food is delicious and the ambiance is elegant. It's a romantic restaurant, but it is also perfect for a professional dinner or girls'/guys' night out. The service is attentive but not intrusive. The bar is historic and has Tiffany glass that was transported to recreate the original bar. It's gorgeous and unlike anything else in Austin.
One of my favorite low key restaurants with a nice bar area also! Very amazing drinks and oysters and the Mac and cheese was phenomenal! 😊 The staff is amazing and attentive!
The food is always great. Tom always take the time to stop by my table and say hi. My friends had never been, I'm sure they will be back.
Classy, great experience
Service was extremely slow. Food took over an hour to come out.
We had an amazing evening of trying a whole bunch of different dishes. It was wonderful to show off an amazing restaurant in Austin that was sophisticated and well-tended. We had an amazing time! I can't choose which was my favorite dish, but the squash ravioli was amazing.
Went to the bar. Bar tender was unfriendly. Spent $65 on 4 drinks which is average except the drinks were not good. If I buy top shelf cocktails I expect a chilled martini glass and I expect the drink, (Mexican Martinis, with Don Julio and Cointreau,) to be shaken on ice and poured into a chilled glass. I tipped $15 because I hope if I go back, service and drinks might be better.
This is the third time I’ve been to the bar and experienced less than professional service.
Dining at Eberly has always been a good experience.
Eberly was one of those experiences that leave you wondering why you didn't go sooner. From the exquisite services, to every mouth-watering bite, Eberly sets the standard of what fine dining should be. I can't wait to dine here again either for happy hour or dinner!
Brunch menu is small, but service was great!
I have been wanting to try out Eberly for weeks now, and I'm happy to say that they had exceeded my expectations.
Eberly was definitely a great place for a special date! Beautiful atmosphere, unique drinks and food that tasted wonderful. The food was made fresh and I believe used fresh/local ingredients. I think even the pasta in our dish was handmade! The prices were a little higher though, and should probably be dropped a little bit. But overall everything else about Eberly was awesome!
Amazing! So many gluten free options for both dinner and desserts. The ambiance is phenomenal!
Excellent food & cocktails, amazing service, great ambiance. Great for a romantic dinner. Pricey, but well worth it!
We were there for Sunday brunch. the food arrived hot even as busy as it was. but it is very noisy because it’s so open. And there’s no place to park unless you valet or self park in a handicapped spot. Nice brunch options-pizzas, a burger, a chicken sandwich and ” normal” breakfast fare. It would be nice if There was 100% turkey sausage or bacon.
We liked the restaurant set-up - fixtures, features etc. It’s very attractive. Thank you for the valet parking. Much appreciated.
Food was okay and priced okay.
The Muzak was fairly annoying - compounded by the lack of acoustic absorption - that magnified all the conversations and activity around us.
I do not like coed bathrooms - not prudish - had to put up with ‘different habits’ for 10 years in France with its mixed toilets - don’t want that here!
Might try an evening meal sometime to see if it’s a different experience in any way, but I will recommend it - I know several people who will love it
This was our second visit. On our first visit, this place was stellar--and it needed to be, considering its prices. But this visit, it was just... meh. The food was just okay. The music was so loud we had to shout to be heard, and this was late at night, when the restaurant wasn't at all crowded.
Everything was perfect about our night at the Everly, particularly our wonderful bartender Franceska. She was not only so friendly, but very informative and made wonderful cocktails. She made the experience very special.
Our server was fantastic and we loved the food and interiors
Delicious food. Wife loves the oysters. I loved the shells and cheese. Great service from Nick.
Great cocktails, reasonably priced food with great atmosphere - will definitely come back!
The food and service was outstanding. John was exceptional in explaining the menu and very attentive. The food was beyond our expectations. We will be back!
The food, service, and everything was absolutely great!
