You do not need a reservation to enjoy Easy Tiger, but you are welcome to make one if you wish. Located in Austin, Texas, Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden was founded by James Beard nominee, David Norman. We bake pastries and artisan breads daily. Our beer gardens have over 30 beers on tap, we source our coffee locally (Little City Coffee) and all of our meats are cured locally. We are known for our giant pretzels, we make them by hand every few hours and they sell out almost immediately. You'll also find our breads and pretzels around town, at HEB, Whole Foods and Austin FC's Q2 stadium. Each of our locations is unique, North (LINC) has a 10,000 sq ft covered patio with heaters & fans. Our interior spaces include a cozy Mezzanine and a restaurant/bar with direct views into our bakery. Dogs are welcome and WiFi is free. There is a significant amount of available parking, including Tesla chargers.

Several people in our party got the pastrami (rueben) sandwich and loved it! I got the avocado toast and it was just ok and not enough food. Should have gotten a sandwich.

Ethan and the Easy Tiger team were amazing! Appreciate their flexibility when our group grew to additional people. Really appreciated the attention Ethan gave the group and was always ready to take orders and provide recommendations. Love this location and appreciate the great service!

Saturday brunch was delicious seriously have been craving their French toast ever since! Best toast I've ever had not even kidding the fluffiness with the perfect crunch crust & sweet syrupy goodness — overall so balanced & a generous serving! The cookie butter I believe is what coffee I had also and again delicious! Quiet vibes even though it was brunch & friendly staff. You can seat yourself

Had a wonderful, casual Mother's Day brunch here. The covered patio is awesome! Food and drinks were delicious. We will be back!

They were out of many items even after we were told that they did have some. Food took a long time to come out. Our order was messed up and we had to re-order an item. There was no dispensation on the bill for all of these issues.

A very pleasant meal. We had a group of five for a working meeting. It was a good location for this. There was a band, relatively loud, but they were outside and the music did not intrude much into the interior area.

This is clearly a well managed business. There’s an obvious focus on customer service. We had a great experience at Happy Hour there.
