   The food was very good, but the service was terrible. We sat outside to hear some live music during COVID, but half of the heat lamps were out of gas- VERY poor planning on their part. Great martini, but confusion about who to give the drink order to (not the same as food order) and the drink order person knew NOTHING about what they had for beer on tap or what white wines they had by the glass.

   We showed up for our reservation and they failed to honor it and stated that they hadn’t checked Open Table that day. It looked like a nice place. Unfortunately, I’ll never know.

   We had a wonderful dinner at the Eastside Grille. The food was super fresh. I had the striped bass which had great flavor. We loved the outside dining and live entertainment. We will return!

   This is a nice, out of the way place with scenic views of the golf course. The menu offers good choices that aren't typical run of the mill fare. It is worth checking out.

   After reading a few decent reviews we tried the East Side Grill at Marlborough Country Club. First bad sign was hostess didn’t have our Opentable reservation. We were seated inside despite having a confirmed reservation with outside seating. A plus is on a nice night like tonight dining on the deck with semi loud live music would have been good. But we sat inside. Our appetizer of fried mozzarella arrived after 25 minutes still cold on the inside. Out of 5 dinners one came out right. Burger was medium rare (filet should have been med rare) filet was med well (burger should have been med well) steak tips were ok but out of three all were cooked incorrectly. It was a disaster tonight and several patrons were sending food back and we even witnessed the “board of directors” scream at an elderly man who was trying to rectify his bad experience. It was a scene for Gordon Ramsey.

   The music was extremely loud on the outdoor deck, and having conversations during dinner was difficult. We also had to track down our server for our check as she didn't return to our table for 15 minutes after we finished eating. Our drinks ran out as well, and she never came back to check on us. The food was good, but we were hoping the fish was fresh, not fresh frozen.

   My husband and I had a delicious meal. Everything we got was good. The only thing that was concerning was the lack of social distance among the golfers who were drinking at the lower level outside and none of the golfers wore masks.

    Everything was perfect from the food, to the service (our waitress was very attentive), to the atmosphere! The live music was an added bonus! Will definitely go there again!!!
