It was a crazy meal. Not enough waiters and issues in the kitchen. It took over half an hour for the wine to arrive and an hour for our meal.

I took my husband and toddler son out for a Father’s Day meal as the restaurant is kid friendly, and our previous experience was really positive for Mother’s Day. This experience, unfortunately will deter me from ever coming back. Firstly we sat down and it took 15 minutes to even get a drink order… I believe the manager on duty gave our drink order to our server. Once we ordered our food, we had to hunt down another server to get the unlimited bread we paid for so that my son could at least have something to munch on while we wait for our food. I personally upgraded to get the all you can eat and was only ever offered one salad. I was never offered a refill on my drink, nor was my husband. Our dirty dishes stated our table for the entirety of our meal. Once we actually got our food, our server never brought us cheese to put on our pasta and pizza. The entire time we were there I felt like I had to constantly look for our server or ask somebody else for something because we just had no service. The funny part is is that at the end of our meal the same manager that came over and took our drink order at the beginning of our experience asked us how our dinner was and my husband responded “pretty brutal actually” and he responded saying “that’s great to hear. Hope you guys have a good night.” we had a good laugh about that one. Needless to say, the experience was horrible, and I have never not left a tip in my entire life as I worked in the service industry for five years, but I left absolutely no tip.

They had a $3.95 drink which was nice to try something new, and certain beers were $3.95, helped keep the price down, salad and bread were as good as usual, we had the cheese capeletti, didn't have quite enough flavour, and we requested extra sauce, which we were charged for. We were seated on the bar side, so bartender was looking after tables plus making drinks, if we had of been in a hurry, would not have been good, but we were out for a nice evening, staff that looked like management walked by numerous times without approaching table to see how things were

The service was mediocre, but then it was quite busy. The seafood fettuccini had very little seafood in the sauce.

Excellent all around service. Our reservation was in place and we were welcomed in a very professional manner. This was a family united together after 5 years separation. Personally I am not a fan of pasta dishes but overall everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. The atmosphere was just as we wanted... to allow us to carry on a verbal conversation without having to yell to be heard. We had an outstanding evening of meal and socializing. Thank you, much appreciated! rw

Food and restaurant good, they did not receive the reservation from opentable but we’re able to fit us in, not impressed with this ap.
