Delightful atmosphere and delicious drinks & food. Love the connections to books!
Our waiter was Parker and he made excellent recommendations from cocktails to entrees. A fun night out with excellent food and drinks
Always amazing food amazing drinks ambiance .. cozy and inviting. Love this place!
A wonderful restaurant with excellent food! We will be returning.
LOVE! Food, Drinks and Ambiance was fantastic! i went for brunch ordered French toast and hot chicken mac and cheese. The french toast was the perfect amount of sweetness and fluff, didn’t have to add extra syrup. Now the hot chicken is HOT!!! , so beware. the mac and cheese was surprisingly good, nothing special since it just the noodles and cheddar cheese, but really moist and cheesy. I would definitely recommend.
Great food & service! Highly recommend!
Love it always s
What a perfect venue! The food and drinks are amazing, the atmosphere is fun and inviting, and the staff is top notch.
Great service. Nice / very pleasant restaurant. Reasonably priced. Brunch was tasty. Will go back and try dinner.
No serious complaints but I probably won’t be back anytime soon. It’s not very welcoming and the food menu is a bit boring. The staff seemed generally disinterested although our server was pretty good. It’s like a fancy cafeteria; definitely not hella high end.
Overall a great experience! Cocktails were amazing and our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Food was very good, but a little pricy in my opinion. Overall very enjoyable and would definitely go back, probably for cocktails and appetizers or deserts.
I had made a reservation for only 2 people when In reality my party had 5. I was very worried at first because of how busy they were going to be, seeing as though it was on New Years Day, but after talking to one of their employees, Alex, he was able to set up the lounge for us and we had an amazing experience. Alex is our hero
Slow service, ran out of filet, took forever to get our food.
It’s was good. But only had a limited menu which I understand on New Year’s Eve and during Covid but I wish it would’ve said that on the listing. My son was with us they had nothing on the menu for him but they did make him some noodles which was very nice of them.
Everyone is shorthanded now so you can’t really rate anybody on service they’re doing the best they can.
All in all a really neat place a little pricey but a good date night place
Last minute planning landed us here for an early pre fixe dinner on NYE. Im telling you that was fantastic luck! Our reservation was at 5 and we were seated promptly. We had hoped to dine at a later time but this earlier spot was all that was available. It was nice to enjoy it before it got busy. Exposed brick walls, wooden pillars, great music that might seem loud at first but fades into the background as the tables fill. Our server, Frank, was wonderful! He checked on us after every course was served. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented. Servings were more than ample. There were two selections for each of the 4 courses(remember this was a special pre fixe for NYE). We chose the Tandoori Roasted Cauliflower for the first course. Nicely roasted with a hint of lime that kicked in at the end. Second course was Roasted Garlic and Parsnip Soup. I eat parsnip but the flavors in this soup took it to a new level for me. Third course was Roasted chicken. Served piping hot; steam actually rose as I cut into it. Moist and well seasoned in pan jus with a mix of baby whole potatoes. Fourth course was a Strawberry cake with a chantilly cream like topping. The cake was served on top of a strawberry glaze or purée that added just the right of sweet to each bite. A manager was also carrying plates out and I caught his attention as he walked past. I told him we were enjoying every bite and that our server was wonderful. Our server came over almost immediately and asked if everything was okay because he saw me talking to his manager. I told him what I had said and he was very appreciative. A wonderful evening. Highly recommend.
The halibut and filet were delicious! The art in the hallway was great too!
Loved the poutine as well as all our other dishes. Service was prompt and attentive.
Great for a date night. Staff/waiter was very friendly. The food was - we will definitely go back the next time we are in Nashville
Completely unassuming from the outside (undeveloped part of town) but great vibe once inside. Plants, lighted art and a cozy lounge area make this a great hang out, casual eating place. Bit understaffed it seemed but the food was farm to table quality and good! I’d definitely recommend for brunch/lunch or happy hour.
Food was very delicious. We had poutine, udon noodles and the Korean fried chicken. Drinks were great as well. Lovely place for a dinner celebration!
Chicken Mac n Cheese was absolutely delicious! All food was good though!
Delightful bartenders and delicious food AND drink. A+
Very accommodating for my food allergies
Great experience, terrific food. We ordered three course meal with drinks. Staff very nice, food was top notch and overall experience was absolutely fantastic.
We enjoyed it. Kudos to the bartender for the cosmopolitans. The three of us at our table ordered different entrees and we were all happy with our food.
Service was great. Cocktails were good but my Chicken was burned and they tried to cover it up with all the fixing that come on top of the Korean Chicken so I wasn’t able to enjoy it. However the vibe is also great. I’d definitely give them a second chance
All the bartenders are amazing and knowledgeable. We love Atticus and Colby. Best burger we’ve ever had as well!
Food was great and enjoyed the conversation at the bar!!
Great vibe, delicious cocktails, excellent supper and fantastic staff!
The food was decent. I had four people in my party and two had the Korean Fried Chicken, one had the filet and I had the stir fry which was the best dish. All of the food was cold and not what we expected based on the price point. The service was not good and I say that with the caveat of the many staffing challenges the industry faces at this time. So, I’m not sure if we would have experienced the same service prior to the pandemic, but again not sure if it was just our server. Either way we were very disappointed with the food and would hope for better service and wait times between each course (it took about 20-30 min for one desert order to come out and we weren’t even acknowledged or “table touched” during that 20-30 min period after ordering our desert.)
I love the area the restaurant is located. It was fun to bounce around to different spots before and after dinner. I was disappointed upon walking in the restaurant to be sat at a TINY two top table that felt “in the way.” I couldn’t order what I wanted because the table was literally too small. I like to be comfortable at restaurants, especially expensive ones. I would have spent a lot more money and stayed longer if I would have been more space. The food and cocktails were good.
Service was outstanding! Drinks were great! Food was great except for one person in our party had filet and loaded mashed potatoes and the steak and potatoes were not served warm.
Great brunch. Everyone liked their food. The server was helpful and attentive.
Earnest Bar and Hideaway was a delight for a Friday night dinner with friends. Parker was awesome. He knew the menu well and was very knowledgeable with drinks to be able to make great recommendations. I would absolutely go back again!
We really enjoyed our dinner and craft cocktails. Service was very good and the ambiance is upbeat and fun. Would definitely return and recommend!
Earnest’s is a great hideaway spot! The craft cocktails are incredible, and the food is amazing! Frank was our server and made us feel so special. They really know how to take care of their guests!
Such a cool restaurant. Our server was great
Flies everywhere. Literally everywhere. Invest in an insect trap If you’re going to charge $14 for breakfast
Unique and delicious - the vibe is amazing.
Also, our server Michelle was amazing. My friend who’s birthday we were celebrating had recently lost a loved one to suicide and kind of had a breakdown in the bathroom. Our server came and very kindly let me know what was happening without making anyone feel awkward and I can’t thank her enough for her understanding and kindness. She went out of her way to be a thoughtful person to total strangers. I love this restaurant and I appreciate Michelle so much!
