The music was so loud the small children were covering their ears and crying that it was too loud. The adults had to raise our voices to be heard across the table. Meaningful conversation was impossible. We ordered lemonade but it was just water with lemon squeezed into it. Nobody could drink it.

Waiter was great!! We didn’t even have to ask for refills or napkins, etc. was just there. Food was very yummy especially the spinach cheese dip. It was for birthdays and it was a nice out of touch to have the chocolate cake. And the cards. Just one thing the music was too loud. It was hard to hear each other and it was hard to hear our waiter. We had to say please repeat that only because we were low he was high and the music was too loud. Thank you. We will return. ❤️

Food and service excellent. Drinks too much watered down, too much ice and didn’t really get to taste the full drink combo. Sat outdoor. Nice ambience, but fans are definitely needed for more comfortable experience.

This Earls location really let me down, made reservations for 5:30 but wasn’t seated until 15-20 mins of waiting. There was a man standing in the front just yelling at us telling us to leave. Then we were seated at the wrong side as we mentioned we were here for happy hour. Then they make the wrong drink and charge us the wrong drinks after telling us it was their mistake and the wrong drinks they would take care of. None the less my boyfriend still paid the bill with the drinks we were not suppose to pay. Completely disappointed with my experience with this location and will def not be returning, do better.

I sincerely apologize for the mix up regarding your drink order and am hoping that you'll provide me an opportunity to correct our mistake in charging you for the drinks that we had told you would be taken care of. I would also like to apologize for your experience being hindered by the guest that was being rude and disruptive at the front door. We did try our best to remove him from the restaurant and prevent him from speaking to you further. I can see here that you arrived at 5:26, were seated in the dining at 5:31 and then asked to be moved to Happy Hour section 5 minutes later. Hi Bianca, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review at our location. We appreciate the honest review and will be sharing your feedback with our service and culinary development teams. It was an absolute pleasure meeting the both of you yesterday, and I understood that you weren't a fan of the Poke Bowl, which we had removed from your bill, and got you a margherita pizza instead. The spicy california roll that you had was also prepared with real crab, which tends to have a stronger taste to it. Thank you for your patience during a very busy evening. Hostess team at the door made the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. We walked-in they said no table available when half the restaurant was empty. I booked our table on OT right away and walked back in and said I have a reso… they didnt like my move and made us wait for 35mim before giving us a table that was empty the whole time…. They even called over their manager he didnt do anything stood there and watched staff make paying customers mad. We had food and drinks, servers tried to be fast and responsive, we paid the bill in full and when I tried to raise a complaint, they said the manager is a no show tonight so another server listened to the situation and all he said was sorry. This attitude and mismanagement is a disgrace to Earls brand and ruined the experience, they should look into this issue asap!
