              Mike was great! Very patient and attentive even with my needy parents. It was younger brother’s birthday and Mike made sure the day was special and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to bring us ice when requested and a delicious sweet treat after our meal, all very quick too!

              Couple staff members went out Of there way but it seemed a little chaotic like maybe there wasn’t a manager around. Clifford was great but he wasn’t even supposed to be our server. Got the wrong beer twice and the person who brought it said ‘I don’t know what Kind of beer it is I didn’t pour it’ and went back to the bar to talk to his buddies. Food was good always is. Still waiting For my Pale Ale

              Madi our server was exceptional and very pleasant. She included a free dessert for us for our friends birthday and it was nice that the guest experience manager came around as well to see how our lunch was going. Always a pleasure going to Earl’s

              Our hostess was so nice and our server Marina was amazing . Always coming around if we needed anything . Her suggestions were so good. I have the Santa Fe salad cause she suggested it and I really enjoyed it . Fast service for sure

              We were welcomed by a special treat and card at our table to celebrate our anniversary along with a celebratory toast. Maya was extremely welcoming and excellent service by Emily. The meal was fantastic and the topping was dessert on the house! This added touch was unexpected and lovely! Thanks again Maya and Emily, we are sure to return.

              I come here often and hate to say this. But it was awful. After we got there our server took our beverage and food order. The cocktails came out immediately. However no ice water was provided as requested. After about 50 min. We saw a manager walk by and asked about our food order. Apparently it was not placed yet. We did get our order 15 min later. For my salad I had requested the dressing on the side. The salad was swimming in dressing. Eventually I found our server and they addressed the issue by taking the salad back. Meanwhile my colleague had to eat their meal while I watched. To be courteous I ordered another drink. When my salad came back it looked fine. But the chicken had been reheated and was now bone dry. On top they had no utensils. Had to wait another 5 min for that. Almost 1.5 hours later I had dry chicken and the manger just comp my salad. Should have provided a better gesture than that.
