Need to book at 9:45 AM?Other great restaurants with availability.
Very good food, just so very loud! The kitchen messed up my son’s food but the server and manager were very helpful and apologetic.
Hi, thank you so much for the 4 stars and we really appreciate your patience with the error on your son's food. I know how difficult that can be when dining out with the family. Sincerely, Dylan Todd GM Earls Assembly Row
Very good food. Very good service. Well maintained. Delicious and did not take more than 45 min for 2 people to have 2 drinks, an appetizer and a meal each.
Thanks so much for the 5 stars! Cheers, Dylan Todd GM Earls Assembly Row
please get an architect to soundproof your restaurant. the reverb noise bouncing all over made for a terrible experience for me and my guests
Beautifully done. Rihanna was super waiter.
Love Earls! The fish tacos and their winter sangria are amazing
Thanks so much for the 5 stars! Cheers, Dylan Todd GM Earls Assembly Row
Server was super rude, we asked for an alternative on one of our meals and she said “I’ve never heard anyone ask that.. so I guess I have to ask the cooks I’ll be back” which is fine, (all we asked for was a no avocado and a hard boiled egg instead of a poached not crazy, right?). Shortly after our food comes out, and guess what it had?! Avocado and a poached egg. What if there was an allergy? Anyways, she never checked on us, got annoyed every time we asked for another drink as she walked by us. It was just overall crappy service. I’ve been to Earls before and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed.
Steak was excellent, salmon was skimpy. Food came out slow (fri night)
Thanks so much for the 4 stars. I appreciate the feedback and will share it directly with head chef Kris about the salmon size and slow food. We are changing that salmon recipe on Jan 29th to put more value on the plate. Cheers, Dylan Todd GM Earls Assembly Row
As always, the food was wonderful. Service was attentive but not overbearing. New credit card system seemed cumbersome but our server handled it well. Noise level was energetic but it was possible to have a conversation without yelling.
It's Earls so it's going to be loud. If you need quiet, you should look for another spot. That said, the food and beverages were good and the service was great. I don't understand why I am not getting points for this dine.
We were there for Sunday brunch. Great service and very good food. Earls is a little noisy, but that is to be expected on a Sunday afternoon. Only complaint is that our entrees, though delicious, seemed overpriced for what we ordered (salads/rice bowls).
Food and service were fantastic! I was thrilled to see that they offer Creekstone Farms products. They're the best in the business!
Filet with pepper sauce that was more like a gravy. (I don’t like gravy) lobster Cajun style was good. Shrimp were not big shrimp like you get at other NE local restaurants . I would recommend Cajun surf and turf with lobster. Not much difference in filet and other stake option that is cheaper... so go cheaper there to make up for lobster. Mashed potatoes are buttery.. recommend to substitute. Coleslaw substitute was good. Moscow mule was good with lime.
Thanks so much for the 4 stars! Cheers, Dylan Todd GM Earls Assembly Row
There was not a lot of options for your salads! I have been here many times in the past and there was some good choices before but this time they were not great. We paid 15$ for literally a pile of lettuce and sprinkling of feta.
Great place, I found it a little loud, very tough to park. The most important thing however it was the food was delicious
My boyfriend and I went for dinner to celebrate our Anniversary and Adam did an outstanding job! From start to finish, he was very attentive and great amazing service. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-course dinner and drinks!
One of my favorite restaurants! Amazing drinks and amazing food!!
Reservations are needed to get a table without long waits, but a really good place to go for drinks and food and nobody is rushing you, so is great to have a nice conversation with friends or a date
Steak needs to be cooked better/ or better quality
I was here a few times and every time i stayed around the area, Earls Kitchen will be one of my choices to go to for food. This is the first time I reserved a table as the past few times, I have to wait for a table when I walk in so decided to reserve one this time. It was a wise decision as I was immediately shown to the table when I arrived. Food service was fast. Food quality was reasonable. Totally one of the quality restaurants in the area.
My friend and I had a delicious experience before our concert in Boston. We will be back again!
It was lovely, but the waiter was difficult to get ahold of
Steak was overcooked by the time the waiter came over I had just decided to tough it up. It was flavorful and the staff was very friendly. Overall decent experience just didn’t want a medium well $40 steak. I wanted it medium rare
Very noisy. Hard to have conversations across the table.
Earls has a great selection of food and drink options for all in a sleek, well designed space.
Brunch on a Saturday at Earls is amazing! Prices are unbeatable before noon and the DJ was incredible. What more could you want? Great food, mimosas, and throwback R&B! Can’t wait for my next girls brunch ❤️
The food was tasty but not hot. Once the room filled up, the noise level was too high for easy conversation. The wait staff was very pleasant.
Was sat at a table with green plants along it and the plants were pretty dusty so that was it 1st impression. We got some apps that were good and some of the dinners were good however I got a ceasar salad with chicken and the salad was not cold and crisp and in fact was rather limp. I was not happy with my lemon drop martini. It tasted more like lemonade than a martini and came in a very small glass. I may give it another try at some point but won't rush back.
Food is good. Place is nice. Great service. Warning. All burgers are cooked rare no matter how you order it
Love the music playlist
Great for lunch w. 1 other, but fear it would be too noisy for a group that wants to really talk, and not shout at e/o at dinner time...which is unfortunate as otherwise really liked the menu diversity, ambiance, seating options and location.
The service was just so bad. Slow and rude. Ugh!
The waiter was very nice and he was probably new but he knew what I was hoping to get to surprise my older sister for her bday dinner! It was a great time!!! I’d go back again if I had the chance!!!
I’ve been to Earls kitchen before for dinner but never for brunch so the brunch options were great! The only downside was our waitress; she was not a very open, nice person until we were paying the bill and then it was like a different person! We had come in at 10:20 and apparently you can’t have mimosas until 11 so she knew that and we were truly her first clients. 11 am came around and she started serving alcohol to other tables but never came back to check on us if we wanted our mimosas. We had to ask for water a couple of times as she passed our table and when we tried to get her attention, she just kind of pushed past us. Maybe she needs some more customer service training. We were a nice group of women and she did not reciprocate the kindness.
My boyfriend and I were disappointed with the food. His steak was the worst steak he's ever had, very undercooked and mine was over cooked. Not worth the price.
Service and food were very good. Open table was very easy to make reservations
Great place to meet friends. The wait staff was attentive. The food is okay—not great but not bad.
best customer service!
Something for everyone! No matter what your food desires are, you will find something here. Vegan choices, gluten free choices. Food is good and LOOKS good. Great presentation. I had the quinoa salad - looked great and tasted great. Green goddess dressing was very good. Our waitress was pretty unfocused and seemed to be somewhere else during our meal. Maybe just a bad day. Otherwise, lots of good energy in the restaurant. Will be a regular.
The ambiance at this location and the food was phenomenal. I had a great time having dinner with a friend.
