It was nice. Server was friendly and mostly attentive.
Very nice heated patio. Can be windy dand coller depending where you are seated.
Great happy hour deals!
Food excellent and so was the service. Impressed water offered a tasting of the red wine. Good touch
Nice patio atmosphere. Food and drink is good as always. New mobile payment options are neat too!
The server was amazing! It was nice and quiet. Lots of space due to covid. I will be coming back again soon!
I loved my experience yet again at earls. The food is always great and so is the service. Our server suggested a great rose for my friend and I and it was also half off because it was a Tuesday! Great value for money and we had a lot of fun
Small portions. Good service but the type of place you try once.
I ordered the clam chowder, but when I asked for crackers they said they don’t have any. But they could bring an order of bread, so I said yes. The bread was covered in balsamic vinegar which doesn’t really go with clam chowder and it came when I was done my chowder.
I loved that there was a happy hour on Sunday and the delicious ceasars were half off! Loved the lobster benny too!
Visiting and Moving a family member in Toronto.
The food was really good! I enjoyed the Happy Hour options and the server was very kind.
Food and service were wonderful. Heaters are weak and gave little heat. Not enough wind protection. I was frozen by the end of the meal.
It was really awesome the server and host was very accommodating and helpful!
It was a friend’s birthday and it was a memorable experience.
The patio was heated and the quality of the food was outstanding, specially the BBQ ribs and the chipotle calamari.
We froze which put a little bit of a downer on the night. I understand it is only patio dining but we could have been moved to another table with better heating.
Very pleasant environment, good food nice services.
Nice place. Good food and selection. Wait staff were friendly. Considering COVID, everything was comfortable even with the restrictions in place.
We had reserved a Table asking for a heated table
The hostess was rude and very arrogant
I hope the management takes notice
We had to leave because the Hostess was rude
Great place for a good meal with friends. Good food and great people and service!
Great place with great food only down side was the service our waitress was basically non existent. we went on a cooler night so it was quite cold being outside but that's not a fault of the restaurant (Covid-19). Food was great came out fast and tasted amazing! would recommend this place to friends.
Love everything on the menu. I had one of the vegan salads with quinoa and avacado
I originally made my reservation online for 6 people, and then called to change the reservation to 2 tables of 4 for the patio. The woman was very helpful and said that she would put in a note to have the tables as close as possible, given the covid spacing restrictions, however I was told that the reservations were for 730. I left it as is because there are always delays.
Then, when I got a confirmation email there was only one table of 4 at 730. I called to confirm that I had in fact reserved TWO tables, the woman who answered the phone could only see one (both had been made in my name), so placed another reservation and asked if 745 was okay, but I asked for 715 and she said that yes 715 was fine. So I had TWO reservations for 4 people each, one at 715, one at 730.
Upon arrival, the 715 table was still occupied, however the second table was booked for 745. When the 745 table was finally sat, they brought them to another table not even within view of the first table because they said that since they knew that both tables were "together" they didn't want us to sit near eachother because they knew that we would interact. I made it very clear that we would abide by the rules. The table they "originally" booked for us was on the other side of a fogged barrier to cut a long table in half. Therefore, someone originally planned for us to sit near eachother, however with an obstructed view. Then, without any warning, placed the second table at a distance, without any visual connection. This would then open up the "other half" of the segmented table (ZERO meters apart) to strangers.
There was extremely poor communication, especially since every time my booking was confirmed, it was incorrect, and every time I spoke to someone they said that we would have two tables near eachother. All that was needed was ACCURACY and CONSISTENCY! Two tables of 4 could have easily been sat far enough apart, even with a ledge barrier to prevent wandering. Terrible planning!
The food was amazing the patio was warm.
And we could hear each other talk!
The service was fast!
I come here often with my friend. The food is consistently good and the service is always good-not too intrusive, but there when needed. It was a cool night outdoors, but the heating made it very comfortable.
At billing they can notify customer always what is the total cost and if they want to split so it is best for official claim purpose.
Enjoyed a Thanksgiving meal when visiting our kids in Toronto. As usual, dinner at Earl’s is always a wonderful experience for our family, even during the suspension of indoor dining that took place this weekend.
Great place love it great atmosphere clean patiio coset but spacious
Made a reservation for brunch, based on the website weekend and holiday brunch menu, only to be informed when we were ready to order that brunch was not being served.
Excellent food and service as always!
I had a nice evening. It was fun to get out of the house and go out for dinner. The food was pretty good, but the service was awesome! I don't remember her name, but my server was so sweet and fun!
We were able to sit outside on the patio with the heater going. Such a nice sunny day. It was quiet when we were there around 2 pm. The service was great as was the food.
I have multiple allergies and Earls is my favourite place to go. They have multiple options for me that actually tastes great. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My go to spot.
Our waiter was fun!
Absolutely rude & God-awful host who seated us. If service is important to you, then eat here as a last option.
I had a reservation for my mom’s birthday and the table they gave was not in the patio and they said we had to mention where we want it when we make reservation! I asked the hostess if it’s possible to give us a table outside and she said it’s all booked... and when my brother called they told him they have available table outside!
Our server wasn’t even checking on us to refill the water...
Awful customer service! Never go back there
Had an amazing time! Great heated patio is just what we needed for a night out! Loved all the precautions they took for COVID, I felt safe and distanced from other tables. Did not feel over crowded. I plan to return :)
I had a great time here with my mom and sister for dinner. We felt VERY safe with the COVID precautions they had in place, and felt the place was not too crowded, but still had a great, fun ambience. The food was also awesome- definitely recommend the calamari to start! The cocktails were also tasty and I really enjoyed the jalepeno margarita. Lastly, service was great. Our server was attentive without being over bearing and we had a great girls night. I'll definitely be coming back :)
Having had a pleasant lunch here not so long ago, came back with a friend for an evening meal and we were not disappointed. The food was great and we were in a part of the restaurant where we could converse. Excellent all round!
Was amazing, is all I can say!! I highly recommend Earls 👌 ☺ 👍
The staff went out of your way make sure we were safe, happy, service and quality of our food and drinks.
