Excellent service and allergy options. Food was great.

Though I really was hoping to have dining section for this reservation, I understand the need to limit sections during this time. Service, as always, was excellent and food delicious.

Earl’s was very disappointing on Thursday. This is the first time since I’ve an Open Table member that a restaurant’s food was not great. It was edible..that’s all. My friend can’t eat spicy food so there were very few choices for her. Also it was very noisy so it was difficult to conduct a conversation without asking each other to repeat what was just said. My friend wanted ice cream for dessert but the only choices were cheesecake and chocolate cake, neither of which she likes. Earl’s has certainly gone downhill in the last couple of years. I won’t be back.

Our server and the food was great. Had i known they would give us the high seats i would never book this venue for a birthday celebration. The lady at the reception also seemed very insensitive to our requests and did not give us a proper table / couch although there were so many empty tables available. They gave us like 2 high stools in the middle area and the idea of having a birthday celebration celebration over there was defeated

Dining room wasn't open, and we were seated in the bar area. It was extremely difficult to carry on a conversation as it was so loud. Server got my order wrong, but once the correct meal arrived it was good.

Being from out of town, we wanted to try Earl's in Toronto because we had an outstanding experience at Earl's in Regina, Saskatchewan. Everything was Impeccable - from the food to the service to the cleanliness! The attentiveness given to us by the servers and dining manager far exceeded our expectations of what we're used to when dining out. At their own discretion, they placed us in a private area which was a real treat and very appreciated! And to end off the evening, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know our server and dining manager because of their personal connections in our hometown! We highly recommend Earl's for your next and repeated dining experiences! Overall, our experience was outstanding!

We went on a Saturday evening, got a reservation a few hours before. I had Cajun salmon which was pretty good although the rice was a bit hard. Overall a pretty good experience, I’d recommend.

Earls has varied their menu even more. There are lots of unusual salads and many choices one can make. The new Reno makes the place brighter and lighter too.

Good spot for a date or a night out with friends. Would recommend this place for sure

Earl's is a great place to go for a lunch meeting, group get-together, or a catch-up dinner with friends. The menu is excellent and the staff goes out of their way to be accommodating. The reno's to the dining area are fantastic.

Had reservations for a pre-theatre dinner. Service was quick and friendly and the food was good. My friend is vegetarian and appreciated the selection available, while I like the variety. Not my first visit and won't be my last.

Food was good and the service was great. This place has never disappointed me.

I had a reaction to the clam chowder which was unfortunate. Spent most of my lunch in the bathroom :-(
Otherwise everything else was great! The service was perfect.

INCREDIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. I’m a Earls fan from Edmonton, however the food has moved up a level in quality and flavour. Elevated pub eats as they say, but so much more.

Service was excellent!

Requested standard seating. Despite numerous tables being available, the hostess tried to seat us at a hightop table. When we asked for a table nearby she stated that those are held for disabled customers. I've never heard such an explanation! And why ask for our preference when booking??

Our server Eric was very attentive and nice!
Service was on point, nice music and atmosphere.
We went on a Sunday night so it was really quiet in the dining room, but we didn’t mind.
Food was so good as always.
Our favourite dishes are the calamari, chilli chicken and scallop risotto.
It was our second time there and we’ll be back!

It was loud. Service slow. Appetizer chilli chicken and wonton tasted like it was 2 days old. Chicken in the batter on this appy was over done and hard to eat. Wrong entree was brought to table. Waitress didn’t understand why until she checked and realized she entered the wrong entree in the system. She offered to exchange it for right item but other 3 guests had their entrees and by the time it would take to get the correct food item the other guests would be finished. When it came to the 2 bills for our table they were incorrect and then we had to find the waitress to have them corrected which she did. Anyone reading this check your itemized bill carefully. Would not recommend this Earls location which is unfortunate as have had many meals at other Earl locations across Canada and have all been good

We started with a couple of cocktails to enjoy with an appetizer. The crab and prawn gyoza appetizer was phenomenal! Plenty to share with 2 or 3 people. We were not rushed to order everything at once. Entrees were delicious and serving size was more than adequate. A very pleasant experience before going to the theatre!

First time at Earls on King West. Love this place! Great atmosphere with really good service and food. Perfect location for dinner before a show at Roy Thompson Hall.

We booked a tsbke for 1 pm and the hostess had reserved a quiet booth at the back of dining area which was perfect to enjoy lunch and have lots of conversation.
Our srrver was Conor who was engaging and efficient. My guest enjoyed the hot chicken and I had the bacon & cheese burger. It was my guest's first time and she would be pleased to dine there again.

Although the food was very good the service could have definitely been better. The bar drinks we got were extremely watered down, the waitress was very nice but it took forever to get our food. Reservations were for 7:30pm, didn't get our food until well after 8:30. Just not a great overall experience

We had a 8PM reservation and were seated right away. The server came a few min later to take our drink order and at the same time we ordered two appetizers. She brought the drinks right away and we ordered our main courses at that time. The appetizers came out about 5 min later and were delicious but not two min into that , the server came out to push them out of way to bring the main courses - this was at 8:18. She tried to take away my drink which was only half full and asked if we still wanted to save the appetizers which only had about two bites out of them. We ended up having to rush to eat our main courses and basically had to eat our appetizers as dessert because she never did come back to ask if we wanted dessert or even to check if we wanted another drink. The restaurant was barely half.full so there was no reason to be rushing customers out this badly. The food was delicious but I would never return due to the bad service. Before 9PM we were back on the hwy headed home

Great service. Everyone was really welcoming and attentive. We were seated immediately and served quite quickly as well. Our server was very informative and fun. I loved the experience and would definitely do Earl's again!

Vibrant Bar Scene and is always a great option to conventional Table Service.

Attentive staff, comfortable seatings.
Had the scallop risotto and that tasted excellent. Would have been better if the background music was turned down a notch - had trouble hearing my friend because it was too nosy.

Both of us enjoyed our time at Earl's. For me, it was my first time but won't be my last. My dinner was cooked exactly the way I asked for as was my Sons. Both of us enjoyed the meal very much. Service was great, both expedient and the server was very pleasant. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, is clean and nicely arranged so it doesn't feel crowded. We will be going there again.
