Too much noisy. And less appitizers
Really disappointing experience in comparison to other locations. Our server was wonderful! But the noise of the location was intolerable and the food wasn’t good.
I didn’t find the staff friendly. It was my first time ordering steak and it came out dry and very hard to chew and swallow. I was wondering why a place like Earls wouldn’t put sauce on their steak . When I got my bill, I noticed a note on my order that said “no sauce” for my steak. I asked the waitress and she said, sauce is an additional $3 or so. I’m sure I would have paid an additional $3 since I’m already ordering a $30 entree, if she would have mentioned it. Very poor judgement on the waitress’ half.
Great appetizers.. recommend the shrimp gyoza.. Manager “Cozy” was awesome checked in on our experience. Great dinner.
Great happy hour menu, available 7 days a week. Highly recommend. Server was great, she knew when to check in on us, when to allow us to enjoy on our own. Would highly recommend for any occasion!

The food quality has dropped significantly at this location. I don’t normally give poor reviews but this is the 2nd time in a row and also received poor feedback from friends who went here the night before and same week.
My drinks were very watered down. Cajun chicken cheddar burger was lacking the usually flavour and the bigger better burger tasted like the patty was from a frozen package.
I’m sorry to say, it was a disappointment! Even with Covid, I can accept and expect to pay more, but the experience has really consistently depreciated at this Guildford Earls.
Great, especially for brunch happy hour. Server was attentive. Everyone was being safe and cautious from entering to leaving the restaurant.

My wife and I used to frequent Earl's many years a go. (over twenty) We noticed a change that kept us away until last year. We went into the Earls mostly because we didn't want to run around looking for something else. We instantly noticed a buzz in the air. We were greeted by enthusiastic people at the door. The service was over the top good. The food was awesome. Our confidence in Earls was reinstated. We recently had our Valentines diner at Earls and again everything was fantastic. We will be back!

Food was good, we sat in the bar area, moved 2 tables as there were flies all around, was so gross. Fly ended up in my drink waitress was so useless didn’t do anything about it. Very bad service on waitress part. Never experienced service like this before.. really bad.

The vegetables were not fresh, we had to ask for a replacement without vegetables.

Food was excellent. Bathrooms were very clean and staff was attentive and helpful.
We enjoyed our supper it was very busy and louder than normal

The staff were super kind, but they changed the menu a lot.

Garlic fries which I was so excited about did not have a lot of garlic and stuff on it so tasted more like regular fries. Crying baby also took away from the experience

Way to loud, it was like the kitchen staff was deliberately banging dishes about, were some very loud customers who should have been asked to quiet down. I’m going to a restaurant as a treat, a night out and instead couldn’t wait to get out of there! Oh and the tables need resurfacing, although clean they felt tacky. Would not return to this location.

Overall we had a great experience. They only thing that we found rather odd was that we went right at opening and were first to be seated. We were the only 2 in the restaurant. About 20 mins later, with an empty restaurant, they seated people in the very next table. Why is that. especially with Covid. We are 69 and would love to stay safe.

Food was not up to par, bad Cajun chicken Cesar salad was limp. The king pao had chicken that tasted like rubber chicken. The blackened chicken was good. The s service was good but the restaurant needs. Major Reno. Not even close to Joeys or Cactus or Browns.

Nice to be socially distanced at our table. Slightly noisy by the kitchen but overall great food, good size portions and tasty food. Friendly waitress who did a great job serving us.
