    Our waiter was great. The food not so much, my California sushi roll was very warm and like mush and became comparable to applesauce as soon as I ate it. The tacos were underwhelming and not hot. Overall an extremely underwhelming dining experience for $150.

    Server seemed annoyed/in a rush. We asked for salt, pepper and aioli never got them. Asked for separate bills at the beginning and indicated items to put on which bill but still ended up being charged incorrectly. It was a long bill with individual itemization so not sure how the server got it wrong. When we indicated we were being charged incorrectly, she said oh do you mind paying as is otherwise she would have to refund and rebill….wow! We just left as is but my colleague ended up paying more. Not cool! Just realized after getting home, I was charged regular price for my drink not happy hour! What a rip off!

    We just had burgers and salads and everyone agreed that their meal was very good and enjoyed. However I have to say that the buns on the burgers fell apart quickly because they were easily saturated from the toppings and the burger. We needed to be in and out of the restaurant in an hour and the staff were very efficient and able to meet our timing needs. Earl's refers to the loudest noise level as energetic. I found it too loud and had to shout across a two foot span to be heard by my friends. That is not energetic, that is annoying. Overall the food was good, the service was good and even though it was extremely noisy we would probably come back. Just not often.

    My husband's steak was done to perfect. I did find the Cobb salad lacking. Service was efficient and friendly. It's pretty noisy.

    I personally would not recommend this location to anyone. Our hostess was nice and so was our waitress but we would ask for extra ice and it would be forgotten. Instances like this happened a few times. I understand that it can get busy and i’ve never been in her shoes however the Earles in any Yorkdale location I’ve been to has never done this. When our appetizers came it was a much smaller portion of calamari than other locations and the pizza was burnt. When our mains came out, the steak frites and steak + sushi were somewhat warm then were cold after two minutes. Overall, I was very disappointed, dissatisfied and any diss there is in the dictionary. I have always raised my standards because of how amazing Earles food and service treats me but this location was not it. I do not recommend this location. Go to a different one.

    As always, our dining experience at Earl’s was outstanding. We appreciate the quality of the food and just as importantly, the level of service. We will definitely be returning to dine there again. Special thanks to Chantelle and Irene for making the dining experience even better. They both attended to our table with professionalism and kindness.

    The experience at earls is always pleasant and comfortable. This time it was extra great due to the service lexa provided us. She was brilliant and so good at her job. Looking forward to the next time we dine at earls.
