   As a regular customer was not pleased with the table We were assigned. Very little room and near an open door to patio area Next time I will ask to be relocated

   I had a 12:30 reservation for lunch, had the expectation that I would be seated right away. Instead I was told I could go wait with another group of people as the previous guests were finished. Option 2 - sit in another area - we could have drinks and then be moved to a table. I was there for a quick lunch - no drinks. At 12:30 you are not anticipating a wait ... not a way to operate during a lunch hour in the financial district.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive for a reservation and still be asked to wait, especially during the busy lunch hour in the Financial District.    This is a chain. Hip, lively, everyone having fun, but food was average at best. This is not a fine dining restaurant. If fun and flashy is you, go for it. If a chef-centered dining experience is what you’re looking for, move on, nothing to see here.

   We got the seafood tower and steak and fries. They were amazing. But the best part was the service. Our waiter was Brenton. He was the best!! What a sense of humour. He made us laugh. Was so friendly and so accommodating. We would come back just for him to we were celebrating a birthday he made our night.
