    Our waiter named Julien was miserable and rude to us. Service took so long for so few things, we think he forgot about our table at one point. When making the reservation I picked dining room which said it would be intimate, however we were seated right by the patio doors and next to the bar and it was so noisy. Do not recommend again. Service was not good, we were disappointed.

    Definitely too noisy for a business meeting. Otherwise enjoyable. Our waitress was pleasant and did a good job.

    The manager at Earls went way out of her way to make up for a disappointing dinner we had on another occasion. This time, the food, the service and the atmosphere was all perfect. Our entire dinner was covered which is very unusual! We will definitely be going back.

    Would like different brunch options. I don’t like poached or over easy eggs and that seemed to be the only brunch options

    The location was very close to Roy Thompson Hall which was perfect for our evening. The Clam Chowder was excellent as was the Santa Fe Salad.

    We had an excellent experience and our server was phenomenal. I cannot remember his name (Nick possibly?) but young guy from Kingston. Appropriate level of attention provided, friendly and quick. Food, as always, was fantastic and my fiance was quite impressed with the bacon on his deluxe cheeseburger. We will be back.

    The food was amazing!!! Everyone truly enjoyed their meals. The staff were amazing! We were a big group and moved seats around a lot to mingle with everyone in our group but that didn’t throw the server off, she was on her game and everything was correct and timely, she did great! :) 10/10 experience overall

    My friend and I came for happy hour on Friday afternoon and the menu options, seating and ambience was amazing. Lots of delicious food and drinks to choose from, very reasonable prices and they made sure I felt comfortable in the restaurant with my nut allergy. We got patio seating with a little lit fire to keep us warm and amazing service!
