    Have never been to Earls Tin Palace before but was not disappointed, the hostess was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Our server was very helpful and attentive to our need, always checking up and making sure everything is good. Both the steaks we had were cooked to perfection with the plate presentation on point. Overall the whole experience was a 10/10, only downside was a slightly longer wait for our food than my normal earls in Kelowna, but everything else was on par, Earls definitely has a customer for life!

    Waited for 25 minutes to get water and put in order. Table was left neglected for long periods of time due to stampede rush and other large groups. Not the usual standard but still expect better even through stampede.

    Your server Heidi was fabulous. Friendly, outgoing, helpful, sweet. Took time for explanations of your offerings. She made special recognition of my wife’s 70th birthday. Give Heidi a raise! Great experience.

    service was our server was great helped us have a great time. Really enjoyed the tacos and the tuna tataki. We were with friends we hadn't seen in awhile and we had a nice quiet table, making it easy to converse.

    We started with California rolls. My wife is gluten Free. Our server was able to determine that they Could be made that way. They were excellent I had the blackened chicken. It was good, one breast Was overdone but edible. My wife had the Santa Fe Chicken salad. Was disappointed. Too much garlic And the chicken was overdone. One note re wine by The glass; when an 8 ounce glass costs more than A bottle at the liquor store; you have a value problem
