   The three of us had a lovely dinner the other evening. Our hostess gave us the table I had asked for and our server Morgan was excellent in every way. The food was up to Earls usual standard. My only problem with the ambience was not a new one. The "music", if you can call it that, was blasting away in a relatively empty dining room, such that we had to ask that it be turned down twice. I so wish the management would keep it turned down to a reasonable level. I also wish that the sound not so much thump, thump, thump and just music.

   Good place - easy to go and find parking (if you do not mind to park somewhere in the neighbourhood) Good food - taste good and the portion is suitable if you have dessert in mind before you come. Manager came to our table to confirm if some ingredient is okay as she heard that we do not want Onion. Good servie - you would feel great to be served by beautiful servers.

   Unfortunately, we came for the pizza and No one told us upon arrival that BOTH the pizza and 6 oz steaks were hmmm “ OUT of Order ?” Not exactly sure about the validity of this explanation but no one told us until we actually all ordered pizza ….. so my suggestion to Earls : 1. If part of your menu is “ out of order “ let people know upon arrival . 2. The hostess Tori asked us to sit and wait for 5 min with no explanation - explain why you are being asked to wait especially when you have a reservation. She could have taken a moment to tell us about the unavailable items in the menu . 3. Our server charged us too much and stated he didn’t even look at the bill ….. this one is self explanatory . We would have gone elsewhere if we had known the pizzas were unavailable this location is going downhill in . We willl try another location - we seem to have problems at this location every visit .

   Earls Tin palace was fantastic. Our server, Mckenzie was very attentive and super friendly. Cassidy did an exceptional job and checked in on us to ensure we were happy. The food was all outstanding. The calamari was the best I’ve ever had, so crispy & flavourful. We will definitely be back!
