   Unfortunately, we came for the pizza and No one told us upon arrival that BOTH the pizza and 6 oz steaks were hmmm “ OUT of Order ?” Not exactly sure about the validity of this explanation but no one told us until we actually all ordered pizza ….. so my suggestion to Earls : 1. If part of your menu is “ out of order “ let people know upon arrival . 2. The hostess Tori asked us to sit and wait for 5 min with no explanation - explain why you are being asked to wait especially when you have a reservation. She could have taken a moment to tell us about the unavailable items in the menu . 3. Our server charged us too much and stated he didn’t even look at the bill ….. this one is self explanatory . We would have gone elsewhere if we had known the pizzas were unavailable this location is going downhill in . We willl try another location - we seem to have problems at this location every visit .

   Earls Tin palace was fantastic. Our server, Mckenzie was very attentive and super friendly. Cassidy did an exceptional job and checked in on us to ensure we were happy. The food was all outstanding. The calamari was the best I’ve ever had, so crispy & flavourful. We will definitely be back!

   My friend and I had a wonderful late lunch at Earls Tin Palace. Our hostess gave us the kind of booth I asked for and our server, Taylor, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The food and drink were at there usual level of excellence.

   Three of us had another lovely dinner at Earls. Our hostesses were most accommodating when we changed our table reservation from 6 people to 3 people. Our server, Taylor Roe, was excellent as were her associates. The drinks and food were up to Earls high standard. We had a great evening.

   We always enjoy Earls Tin Palace, and tonight was no different. Zach was our server and he was terrific. He was attentive and ensured our food was spot on, particularly how the steak was cooked - which has been a little overcooked (and still delicious) sometimes in the past. Zach ensured the kitchen were aware of our preference, and checked back with us to make use we got what we asked for. The atmosphere and ambience was great as always, so if you’re in town and haven’t tried Earls Tin Palace don’t miss out on dining here.

    Nice open space with lots of varied seating in different directions with lots of exterior windows. Friendly staff at all locations and very good variety of food and drink. Hard surfaces in restaurant and bar make for a noisy environment but overall a great stop for a lunch or dinner.
