    Salmon came out lukewarm, not hot. Filet was not cooked to request. They debated with us which is not what you want to have to deal with. They redid it and it came out much later and rate, also not as requested. So, not pleased with the protein side of equation. For the price, which is high, they need to nail it…which they didn’t by a wide margin.

    Fantastic food and location. We enjoyed the riverfront dining. Our food took an hour to prepare even though the restaurant was less than half full. I suspect they may have had staffing shortages like many other establishments. Highly recommended.

    We have been coming here for 4 years and this time we came the food and quality has just dropped I think it was over priced and I could have had a better steak dinner from Texas Roadhouse

    Best restaurant in Steamboat. It’s up there in price but the value is far superior to any other. We had the Bison, Elk and Gouda Mac. All were amazing! For desert went with the carrot cake which could feed the family. We sat outside right next to the river for a beautiful setting and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended!
